- Die Grundlage war das Tyxin 686 Tugboat für 25 EUR. Ich habe mit wenig Aufwand die Elektronik ausgetauscht und bin jetzt sehr zufrieden mit den Funktionen/Eigenschaften.
I have three on order, two green and one yellow. Plan to do a full makeover with rubber fenders and aft deck equipment. It will be used to tow a 1400mm barge with other two tugs assisting. These little tug are ideal size for tug towing because of their power in comparison to a large barge which is more scale.
Nice, but I want to replace the prop for a four blade prop. I alreadey printed it, but is it easy to get af the old prop whitout damage it.
Where you get the the lights for it?
Can you share how did you arrange the receiver and esc if you replaced the original one? Or what remote are you using with the original receiver?

I would be definitely interested in how you arranged them. The space is quite limited so, unless you haven't had an ESC/RECEIVER combo, then it is quite hard to place them without putting on the bottom of the hull. The design of the boat has everything raised or with barriers to avoid any water damage, if any leaks inside the hull. So cheap and meanwhile and amazing design.
I am also planning to replace the LEDs or add another 2 or 3 for proper navigation lights with red, green and white.

Danke, dass Du Dir die Zeit für mein Video genommen hast! Im Gegensatz zu Dir betreibe ich YT (trotz der relativ hohen Anzahl Views zu meinen letzten Videos) nicht als Hobby, bekomme auch keine Artikel von Herstellern gestellt, sondern mache hier nur sehr sporadisch etwas und freue mich, wenn andere das gerne anschauen. Für gut gemachte Erklärvideos fehlen mir leider Zeit und Fähigkeiten. Ein weiteres Modell möchte ich gelegentlich noch umbauen, ggf. werde ich das dokumentieren und hier einstellen - gerne die "Glocke" aktivieren ;-)

Are they the stock motors cus the one ive got is rather rattly
They are stock. I changed the ESC and the motors work fine with it on my tug.

Comes with a one cell li-Ion battery. Connector type depends on model (black and green tugs have a different one than orange and yellow tugs - don´t ask me why and what the types are called).
It is some kind of JST connector, 2 pin, my black has a flat one.
