SANA MANOOD O MAKAPAKINIG ANG MGA VOTERS sa hearing na ito para malaman nila kung sino ang mga Senador na ng candidato to serve the people as they sworn when they won, and know those who are afraid to to help the victims due to utang na loob. Mabuti nalang may isang widow who is braved enough to help the victims. GOD love widows and I pray that Heaven will be with her.

I understand PACQ has constitutional rights but they are not violated by a Senate inquiry because it is perfectly legal & just for Senate to hear the contentions of both sides in aide of legislation to formulate laws that are relevant to the issues raised as well as cover all possible loopholes that could justify criminality & further injustice!!!! It's also imperative to formulate laws that uphold justice for every citizen without prejudice to their social & political status, religious, & ethnic backgrounds. A privileged & influential citizen like PACQ should not be allowed to go above the law & dictate his terms in dealing with the Senate. Rather, it should be the Senate as empowered by law that should take the lead & the initiative to conduct the hearing & the needed investigation on any irregularities possibly leading to criminality & injustice. I hope & pray that Sen. Risa Hontiveros stands her ground so as not to leave any room for injustice & oppression on the part of our poor & underprivileged citizenry!! May God protect her, her colleagues in support of justice, & the victim -survivors who so courageously testified under oath in exposing the oppression & horrific ordeal they have been through!!❤🎉😂😂

The Senate of course is not a court of law but is empowered by the constitution to legislate or formulate the laws of the land & make improvements thereof in the realm of criminality & injustice. Not even the Supreme Court can strip the Senate of its legislative role, duty, & powers!!! This is the reason why the Senate has always been able to consistently subpoena presidents, generals, congressmen, & bishops in the past without any interference from the Supreme Court!! Who is PACQ to be made an exception of?? He is just a citizen just like everyone else who can never be above the law!! If he is given preferential treatment & exempted from investigation on account of his wealth & political connections & the so called padrino & utang na loob aspects of the culture, then a great injustice would fall upon Senior Agila, all others subpoenad for hearing, & the victim-survivors who need to be heard in the ordealls they have suffered!! Good job, Madam Senator! I can't ask for more on your bravery to prosecute these cases. One minor thing, however on protocol. Maybe the Senate should avoid serving meals to all guests and even to the senators present during all investigations. Ang pangit pong tingnan. Also, most likely the senators would not partake the meals during the investigation. If necessary, may be a brief break would serve the purpose.
