Robin had a unique ability to grab the listener by the guts and not let go. His chills per note ratio was unmatched.
Robins beautiful Vibrato voice will never be matched
Robin's voice is hauntingly beautiful ❤️🎙👏👏👏
Robin’s voice is unique! ❤
For Whom The Bell Tolls - one of my favourite Bee Gees songs.
All three of these men have beautiful voices. RIP Mairice and Robin.
They are absolutely the greatest group of all time !
Gorgeous Robin!!❤
Robins voice is so under rated. Hes amazing. They all are .❤❤❤
Robin's voice wasn't always featured but when it was, it was incredible
Barry starts the song and then Robin jumps in like 'hold my beer, i got this'
🙄
I always say that Barry bakes the cake and then Robin comes in and puts the icing on the cake
Exactly. Nicely put. I agree 😊
Just love love love Robins voice ❤
bee gees blue island live mtv
You have to do 1974 melbourne concert....Robin's singing "can't see nobody"
He was distracted part way through the song. It doesn't show what was happening, but a girl tried to get on stage and security had to remove her...robin didn't miss a beat😊
I totally agree with you about Robin's voice.
Individually they were brilliant, together they were perfection ❤❤❤
Mo is harmonizing with Robin in most of the song. He doesn’t get enough credit for how much he impacts the songs.
Mo was a great singer in his own right. He could do falsetto almost as good as Barry, but he just felt that Barry and Robin were better singers than him and he never pushed himself forward.
@@grahamleadbeatter5981 - Mo was a great singer too and by far THE musician and arranger of their songs.
@@susieq9801 Yes it's not that hard to write lyrics, but getting the melody to fit the song was Maurice's mastery. The guy was a musical genius and a great loss to the world.
@@grahamleadbeatter5981 - Amen! Never properly acknowledged and fans knew it.
Robins voice is so stunningly exotic and hypnotic it can split your heart into and make you feel as though a raging waterfall of tears and emotions is cascading over it.
What I liked about Robin's voice he could change his voice to sound different. Different pitches I think he probably had,,3 or 4 different sounds. You have to keep playing their music to know what I'm taking about. Actually all 3 could change their sound. But I love when Robin's voice sounded fragile 😅
Yeah, big surprise by Robin, huh? I loved them all!! I remember songs and moments by them, when I was breaking up with my first boyfriend. They hold places in time for me!!! AND may I say, I just love your passion for music!!!
Oh my! I so respect your opinion. They are well beyond BEATLES ETC, Thank You for honoring them!!!
This song is so awesomely beautiful. It make me cry when I heard Robins voice. This stole my heart ❤️
Robin’s voice grabs at your ❤❤ heart and soul…wonderful!!
Thank you for reviewing this song. I agree- Robin's voice so beautiful! Yes this is art!❤❤❤
Great analysis. You would love Robins lead in Don't Fall in love with me
Robins voice is haunting but beautiful. ❤❤
That exactly what I said - hauntingly beautiful! ♥️
Yes Barry is beter
What a great video, For Whom The Bell Tolls is from their 1993 Size Isn’t Everything álbum. It’s a beautiful haunting song with Robin’s unique ethereal voice and Barry soothing beautiful vocals. Thank you for your great reaction. Another fantastic Robin lead is HEART LIKE MINE, so filled with longing. ❤❤❤
Alone😊
Yes! Such a good song.
The contrasting voices really make this song whether alternating or sung together. Barry's is sad and soft sound about a lost love. Robin's is a powerful cry of anguish for someone lost to him forever..."a hole in my soul". You should listen to "I started a joke" live in Melbourne 1989 if you haven't done so. Robin was called by many critics and peers the best blue eyed soul voice of his generation. His vibrato was in inimitable and effortless. Another great Robin lead when still in his teens is "Black Diamond".
Great review, Sir ... Thank you. Please check out their version of "Will you still love me Tomorrow" .... They recorded that as a Tribute to Carole King. She said it was the best ever version recorded of the song. Their vocals on it are just stunning. Possibly their very best. You'll love it. You'll be amazed, i promise you ...... ♥️
This is my favorite live version of this song and it is one of their best - which is saying alot. I love the way they transition their shared leads in this song and Robin is particularly awesome! This entire album is fantastic and full of 10s.
It's not actually live. The live version they did is great as well though.
This is my go to reaction when I want to see and hear my Robin. Your reaction is also my favorite to this beautiful song.❤❤❤
I LOVE the Bee Gees! And I love your reactions to them. I'm a new fan of your platform! But I gotta say, Robin is my favorite!
They sing with such a gentle purity. With all the horrible over singing today, to actually hear voices respecting the lyrics...total joy. There's 2 other excellent versions of this song. The official clip and also the version that sing outside in New York. Brilliant. Another beautiful later song of theirs is I Could Not Love You More. There's a lovely official video but an even better one where it's just the 3 of them. Never go wrong with the lads.😢
Love the video you're referring to of I Could Not Love You More!🎶
Love this song. Number 1 material. Under appreciated.
Thanks for this reaction, I definitely agreed with your comments. This live performance of the song 'For Whom the Bell Tolls' was epic. Robin really owned it. I have seen the music videos and had an equal appreciation of Barry's soft soothing voice then the contrast with Robin's more emotional soulful voice. I couldn't say which appealed to me more. Here Robin's voice seemed super charged with emotions .. magnificent 👏
Another hidden gem...It Doesn't Matter Much To Me'. There is a back and forth between Barry and Robin's vocals in that song.
ua-cam.com/video/x9DaUzv4yi8/v-deo.html
This was not live but epic anyway😊
Not just phenomenal songwriting but they all wrote hits for many other artists, including Olivia Newton John, Barbara Streisand, Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers, Diana Ross, Leo Sayer, Frankie Valli,Dionne Warwick,Yvonne Elliman,Destiny Child,I attended a Bee Gees concert in Las Vegas in 1997 called One Night Only, they were phenomenal live, in a interview Barry and Robin mentioned they always considered themselves first and foremost songwriters before being vocalists, but obviously they were amazing musicians and vocalists, great reaction thanks 🙏
Love this song. They said in an interview that it was written about their brother Andy Gibb and Victoria Principle and their relationship and break up.
Love how you love their music
Please react to 'Wedding Day'.... my favorite by the BeeGees.... Thanks for your reaction!
Children In Need is held once a year in November and it's on TV for around 7 hours raising money and profiles for a lot of the smaller charities around the UK. Dame Shirley Bassey actually took part with a rapper for this charity event live from The Royal Albert Hall, possibly about ten or so years ago
thank you for the explanation.
President Pat, you ought to listen to Robin Gibb taking lead in their hit Bodyguard, fabulous sensual R&B tune..❤
Everything they did was fantastic... the three of them, together. They are so very much more than disco.
*Robin sharing the lead turned a song into a masterpiece with his Vibrato*
Barry was on first lead, so he was sharing the lead with Robin.
How are you not above 100k subscribers. One of the thoughtful reactors in the game.
Very powerful song.
Listen to Saved By The Bell - Robin Gibb solo hit from 1967. His voice is unbelievably beautiful
Another tear jerker song with Robin in the lead is " I Will "
Barry & Robin share leads on I Will.🎼
VERY GOOD!! REACT MADDLEY BEE GEES LIVE MELBORE 1989...
Oh, my, my, my, Boys, always superb!
For Whom the Bell Tolls ❤❤❤
Robin Gibb arrasó con su maravillosa voz fronteras en las décadas de los 80, y 90,
These songs really showcases Robin's beautiful voice.
I Can't See Nobody.
When He's Gone.
Mr Natural.
My World.
Also Michael Jackson and Barry Gibb have a song together. All In Your Name.
And of course I started a joke!
@@inekebaalman3320 - Especially in the 1989 Melbourne concert.
Michael and Barry have what??????
I grandioso Robin !!! tiene una voz única !!!
Our love is one of the best song they perform for Andy they start but Andy finished. It brings me to tears.
This song was also done with a New York City production with a backdrop of the Twin Towers and it particularly hits the hearts. Aside I love to hear the songs that feature each of them. Have you done Mo's Man in the Middle yet?
Love For whom the bell tolls. They all sound great. You might enjoy their Medley 1989 and 1974 both in Melbourne. ❤❤
And they sounded as great if it was live or a studio recording.
I love this beautiful song.
BeeGees are freaking legends, nuff said
They always surprise the audience
Patrick you would love bodyguard. Robin sings lead and it is amazing.
This is one of their amazing songs that hit you, and you just throw your hands up and say, Thank you, Jesus!!!
For me , it the best song from Beegees, ok, not the best, cause all are great, but, it is for sure my all time favourite.
And Robin?
God!
This is a damn interpretation , this is "his song" !
God bless you all and a happy new year straight from Portugal 🇵🇹🙏🌟🎇
I miss the Bee Gees.
Each brother are great singers. I love them all. Together they are truly amazing!! The best group ever!! Wonderful experience
absolutely love this so so much - it is a ripper of a song
Thank you sir very much! Maybe you want do Alone. It’s a music video which was made by Barry after Robin passed away. 😢
This song is so beautiful, yet so emotional 🥲. Brings me teary eyes every single time.
This song was for Andy they were missing him so much. That's what I heard about the song .
Suggestion----Fanny be tender with my love by Bee Gees
Barry that voice gives me shivers i love it x♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Have you done "One", this one soars too. A beautiful one.
Amazing 🕺🥰👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Hello,I'm so glad to have found your channel,I'm a great fan of the BeeGees esp.Robin..You' the right, there maybe a great number of good singers but it takes only a few to be great songwriter at the same time great singer and producer too...to add it up,they're brothers and dominated the charts for many decades...thank you again for loving the BeeGees.
Barry can hold that last note for about 15 secs.
Thank you Patrick, this is my favorite too. Like you say it changes from day to day but for the day that's it.
Absolutely!😊
Great reaction. Thanks. There are so many Bee Gees Treasures that Radio ignored bacause of the Disco stigma. You get a chance, check out some 90's tracks like, Secret Love, Happy Ever After, You Win Again etc.. They are more pop sounds, but great harmonies, arrangements, lyrics and that bold flavor of all the brothers great voices!
As you are probably aware, the Bee Gees started their singing and song writing career in 1958 when they were young children. Their father had a band and was a drummer. Their mother was a dance hall singer. The boys ended up supporting their family with their music. I'm posting a link here for a performance they did in 1960 (the video title says it's from 1963, but I really think it's from 1960). I think this video gives good insight into how natural their talent was and how far they grew over the years. Hope you enjoy the video,.

1955 !
@@JamesBrown-pf8tf - 1955? The twins would have been 5 and Barry 8. Not doing much of note in 1955.
Thank you for your reaction, The Bee Fees are the Best.
Yes they are!
Might like checking out Daryl Hall (Live from Daryl's House) Really awesome
At the beginning when you didn’t know what was going on …. So in the UK we had a comedian/ Dj called Kenny Everett who had his own tv show and one of his famous impersonation was the Bee Gees … and that’s what you saw… also it was Kenny who played Queens Bohemian Rhapsody… on radio first Freddie told him that the record company didn’t want to release it … so Kenny played it over and over again and the rest is history
That song is called For whom the bells toll.
I love them too I know what you are saying. I sure do miss them.
Barry sings country music and i seen a video where he sang at the Grand Ole Opry. I thought you might like to know. But I miss all of them terribly. Thank goodness we can watch their videos.
I love re watching your reactions to the BeeGees. You are always on point. Robin was a shocker huh. You really want to hear him sing, check out his solo album Walls have eyes. The song Toys and You don't say us anymore are just absolutely amazing.
Can’t wait. Thank you so much.
Solo album co-written with Barry & Mo, with them on backing vocals.
React to 855 7019 by the BeeGees. Wow
Check out Cryin Every Day and Don't Fall In Love
Watch one of the official videos of For Whom the Bell Tolls.
You should hear Andy gibb
Oh...also, have you done ....love you inside out .....or love so right? 😊
Not yet! There is just so much 😂.
@@awordfrompresidentpat1985 yep....fun...can't wait.
Great suggestions & 2 great songs!🎶
💪👌👌
“Alone” by them is as good as this one. Also 1993! Please do “Alone”. You won’t be sorry, Pres. Pat!
Fabulous❤❤ Just out of interest, Children in need is a fund raising event that takes place every year in UK.
They LIPSYNC, rare for the G’s..! But some show asked to lipsync to artist.
TOTP is always Lipsync , show policy..! Many shows in 🇬🇧
Try Alone and One.❤
You need to watch the one when they are outside in New York overlooking the twin towers 😢👍🏻😁🏴
I don’t think all your Bee Gee reactions are on your playlist. There are only 12 and was pretty sure you had more than that. Have you done I Surrender and I could not love you more?❤
I was REALLY hoping the Bee Gees did a Metallica cover for some reason, but nah.
You want to listen too much heaven from bee gees x
