Here are the ingredients for the easy tagine recipe:
fresh tomatoes, grated (you can keep the skin or not)
garlic
olive oil
spices (turmeric, pepper, espelette pepper, salt, natural beef stock (inoucook brand))
eggs
ground beef to marinate with grated onion, chopped fresh parsley, olive oil, spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
bread for accompaniment
