If Ramy and his colleagues would stop injecting synthol (filler oil to make muscles look bigger) then this wouldn't be such an issue. Also, Ramy wouldn't have those craters in his enormous legs from synthol injections gone bad. Bodybuilders don't just get holes in their muscles from working out.

Facts, if Andrew gets 10ibs more muscle in the right places he can win the Olympia because of his big waist to shoulder ratio.. And he looks like a classic competitor if you don't have a good eye to how good his physique is
Astethics should be the number 1 most important thing in bodybuilding. It's about creating the most Greek God like physique and the most beautiful body possible. Size should never come by exchanging Astethics for sheer mass. That's why Arnold and frank Zane looked a lot better than Ronnie Coleman and Jay cutler. They were massive but they had incredible Astethics, symmetry and proportions. The mass monster look is not only not as appealing to the eye as the asthtic build, but it is also much more dangerous to the bodybuilder himself. The damage they get from becoming that big is irreversible. Arnie is over 70 and mass monsters nowadays don't even make it to 60 sometimes.

Anytime you praise aesthetics for championship standards you're in some way talking about Bumstead. But I hardly think Arnold's saying he has the perfect body per se. After all, Bumstead's weakest, most glaringly dominated feature, his big flaw, is the biceps. And here is the OG Mr. Biceps *specifically* talking about biceps being dominated, especially by shoulders!
Arnold is still the goat…these physiques nowadays for the open division are ridiculous. Nobody is bodybuilding, they are now mass building. Just not the same as the golden era. I miss the days of Arnold, Frank Zane, Franco Columbo, Larry Scott-true bodybuilders

What made Arnold so famous was cause he had the perfect body, the average population doesn't like the way today's bodybuilders look unless u r a fan of the sport. Arnold was big but not overly big
So true. Compare the gigantic quads with the calves nowadays and it really looks silly my opinion. Arnold had great calves that matched his quads, Dorian also payed much attention to his calves. It’s looks so much more in balance when you look at the legs.
