2007 FJR1300 fuel pressure test

My FJR1300 Has not been running especially when it's cold. Then acting like it's to lean. I finally put together a rig to check fuel pressure and it looks like it's way too low. I still need to check the voltage to the fuel pump to make sure that adequate maybe I have a bad ground.
