@@miraclemahone347 you choose but def try them to see which ones you are better at. For me I prefer hand release and normal sit-ups. I just gotta find what version of the beep test is being used to see if I like it.
Bro I was maxing each session of the OPAT until the Aerobic Shuttle Run, by the time I was on Level 6-10, I was out, literally saw jesus, gat about 17 levels or so, man not Even the Marines can max this. Just aim for between 5-8, you will pass

This test is designed for slim people...the bigger you are the harder it will be. Whether its more muscle mass or fat..the more weight you are lugging around the faster you will get exhausted.
What is the average passed level for the vpat, I am training to join and have a long way to go physically but I want to know a milestone so I know when I am ready.
