Great to see tutorials I can actually use for work and not another glitch effect! Side note: to speed up the render you can animate your Force Motion Blur settings to high values while the letters are moving fast and lower when they slow down.
Love the video, quick question how can you add a static background layer to this? When I created one like this and added a custom background layer it rotates with the camera. Is there a way to make the text animate like this and keep the background static but also accept shadows?
You could animate the text only. You need the BG to be a 3D layer to accept shadows, and if you move the camera then all 3D elements will move with it. If you instead animate the text, then your background will not move. Let me know if that helps.

P.S. about the Ease high, Ease low, im pretty sure that is the other way around, the Ease high is like the east in, and the Ease low is the Ease out P.S. 2 In the moment you added point light (05:43). it looked like your BG turned into radial gradient layer how did this happen? in my AE its only put light in the midst of the BG
