Both Necrofantasy and Necrofantasia are from PCB. There's actually a track that's not in this mix, Track 14B, which I'm pretty sure is a remix of Necrofantasia. The way to tell apart between the two tracks (this applies to both originals and the house set remixes) is the way they begin. The way Track 14A begins like Necrofantasy does, while 14B begins like Necrofantasia does.
In the remix for The Capital City of Flowers in the Sky, was the robotic voice in the background saying something along the lines of "My name is Snow White, I'm a prisoner of society", or am I just going insane?
Also, there is a lot of subtle hints to make Patchys stage a goldmine for score and 1ups, I routinely play through it on hard without any major issue. You want to get in the corner for the spinning balls and switch corners when the next wave comes. If you also destroy the fairies at the start before they drop a pentagram they WILL NOT spawn a clusterfuck of arrows, meaning if you rush one side of fairies you can have half a screen to dodge. You can also just bomb the laser section.

Stage 4 and primsriver aside, I find PCB to be the easier game to me. Being able to see your hitbox changes things A LOT, and makes dodging some stuff more reliable then 'I hope I got my hitbox right'

Bit disappointed. I love Evening Star, don't get me wrong, but Necrofantasia's pretty much my favorite song in all Touhou. On top of that, this is a PCB set; not using Necrofantasia for Yukari in a PCB set just feels... wrong, somehow. Beautiful set otherwise, though.
Chen's not nearly as hard as the Prismrivers are for me. Stage 4 of Perfect Cherry Blossom is harder than any other stage 4 for me, except for Patchouli's stage.

I think it's the exact same sample, but as you said, with a different pitch. It appears to be a pretty common sample.
