I’m not even interested in black Adam. He is an interesting persona but I don’t like most of his movies. There’s some exceptions. I get the impression that he chooses what he thinks can bring in a lot of money rather than looking for a good story in a script. So he always ends up making macho guy action movies.
First off FUCK ROTTEN TOMATOES. They were mad the movie wasn’t woke enough. Black Adam made more money than both Shazam’s AND it was a better movie.

Brendan said that he only would make a sequel if Eric Brevig the Director of the first movie would do the sequel. But Eric Brevig was in some other movie so Brendan wasn't interestet anymore and then The Rock took the Role

Between his divorce and being traumatized by a former Hollywood Former Press Association president, he's been through hell didn't want to be in anything until Doom Patrol came around where he was beginning to feel ready to try the filmmaking business again.
As for the Rock, nobody can say whether or not he's close friends with Fraser, but it's pretty obvious that they have mutual respect for one another.

I read all these comments of people hating on The Rock for not helping Brendan Fraser, as if Fraser needed him. Fraser proved that he didn’t need his help, rather he wanted to prove his worth and potential than get a piggy back. Aronofsky took Fraser up on the challenge, and Fraser proved he had it in him to get to where he is. He didn’t need any one person to get where he is, he needed an opportunity, and that’s the takeaway to be had. thanks for coming to my ted talk.
