The drop seoi lapel grip (right hand) at 2:41 kills my elbow and wrists, but it's my favourite throw! And that is such a good grip setup for it. How might I adjust my grips so that I'm no longer in pain, and should I be addressing this through joint strengthening exercises, seperate from my judo?
