I also have a Twsbi mini rose gold and love that pen so much, small but mighty! I’m adding the platinum meteor to my wishlist, thanks for sharing! Love your sketching, Jannah
Thanks for co-creating the tag, it is so fun to discover all these new (to me) fountain pen and ink lovers! I love that little pen - I got it for a great price on ebay and it was in mint condition, I am such a fan of TWSBI :) The Meteors/Shooting Stars are a great little workhorse pen for sure.
Wow, what a lovely video! I loved looking at all your inks! (see you on FPC? haha); hearing about your journey and thought process was also super engaging. Thanks for sharing!
Jannah, thank you for sharing! Your sketches and paintings, and how you do your ink swatches, are stunning. Love your channel and hope to see you in SF this year!
Thanks Karyna, l really enjoy your content too! I love how you do the in-depth looks at pen and ink combos, your writing samples are so beautifully done. I still dont know how you manage to release so many new stickers in each of your shop launches, I am just starting out on that journey and it is so much work, I am in awe of your level of productivity 😂 Yay, cant wait to hang at the show!
Your sketches are stunning! 🤩 I loved watching your video and hearing your perspective on testing out ink samples rather than always getting bottles (I’m better at this, though I do struggle when it comes to ink brands that don’t offer samples 😅).
Thanks so much 💜. I would love to try all the BPCo. inks but I just cant justify buying all those bottles - although I love how they look on my shelf, so who are are kidding here 😂. Have you seen the new bottles from Endless - eek! I want one of those so bad (probably the wizard one, because "wizard"!), the alchemy looking aesthetic is such a teaser!
Wow, your sketches! I had to pause the video so I can comment that your iron and hair dryer sketch is outstanding, you should illustrate manuals or beauty products boxes, or some beauty store flyers, haha! Love them! Thankful for Charmaine linking your video, now back to the video! Love, from a fellow artist. 😊
Thank you so much, such a lovely comment to wake up to ☺ I just stalked your Instagram, you are an amazing photographer and artist, I love your style also 💜
I think the industry stand is that shimmer inks may clog an Extra fine or fine nib, but I think it really depends on the shimmer particulate size, feed construction and general flow of the pen. I was surprised at how well the little EF Wancai Mini worked with the shimmer but the feed must be ‘flowy’ enough to handle it 🤓. I also have put shimmer in my Fine TWSBI with success too. So I guess it has more to do with the feed, flow and particulate size of the shimmer than maybe just the nib 😊

Obsessed! I love the ink swatches, I think you would like to try don quixote by Wearingeul
Thanks! I have actually tried don quixote, I love the ink color but it did not behave in the pen I had it in, I think it was a little dry perhaps?
For shimmer inks, can you still use fine tips? They say it would clog up the tip?

If I had a UA-cam channel, I would love to answer these questions
I would love to see that - start one, you would be great at it!
