You did a great job for this being your first fall garden. Please get some mulch for all your pots and beds. I use leaves and cypress mulch in my garden. The mulch will deter the weeds and help with moisture retention and keeping your soil protected. A 2in layer is good to start with. In regard to the pest, you will need to determine what they are. If small hokes, you can use a spray such as neem oil mixed with Castile Soap or an Organic bug spray. They sell these at the big box store. You can also make your own sprays. If holes are larger it’s most likely snails and slugs. There are treatments for them as well. Some use beer traps and others use slug and snail bait pellets. Big box store or Amazon for purchasing. Hope this helps😀
Plants are all looking good except those chewed one's. Hard to say what's doing that damage. I really like how you have everything laid out. Looks great 👍
@@AlmostaGreenAcre-zs5eu Thanks!!! I think I'm going to have to spray the collards. For some reason I had that happen to one of my plants this summer. Hopefully it works 😀😀
@@DanasGardenRetreat Wow!!! I'm sure they were. Hopefully all goes well. Do the little critters go away when cold weather comes in for good or is it a continuous thing for winter crops???
@@manifestingourfamilyhomestead they left my turnip greens alone last year…. But I haven’t grown a ton in the winter it seems once they get a decent size they leave mine alone
Nice looking fall garden

I threw netting on mine they were eating everything! Looks good I haven’t tried the garden bags yet…
I just ordered some netting, I guess I'm gonna go ahead and put it over the plants.
@@manifestingourfamilyhomestead I couldn’t do any seeds without it. The critters ate everything.! It’s a pain.
