Awesome in getting your garlic in 👍
Thank you!!!
The true Sabbath day is calculated by the Time/Calendar God ordained in the beginning of creation, Genesis 1:14 True Sabbaths are not calculated by the "Famous Gregorian calendar" or any other man made time. "He shall think to change times and laws..." Daniel 7:25 What calendar will be used for worship in Isaiah 66:22,23? God is seeking those who will worship Him in Spirit and in truth. Keeping God's Sabbath by God's Time in Genesis 1:14 is truth.... What if God should allow a Sabbath test to be enforce on nations, by "The Powers To Be", to see if His people will keep His Truth or no??? God's truth is our shield and buckler, Psalms 91❤️
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Where did you purchase your compost bins from?

Now, that looks delicious 😋😋😋…What does Bok Choy taste like 👀
Not really sure how to explain it. But it was Delicious. Next time I will just try straight bok choy to really get the full affect of it.
I read that if you plant marigolds with your vegetables, they repel pests, so my tubs are FULL of marigolds, mostly from seed. I tell you, there is NOTHING like fresh lettuce!
Ok... Thanks! Yes... I love the fresh lettuce!
Absolutely beautiful 😍
😀😀 Thank you!
I eat it sometimes
😀😀 Ok...
@@manifestingourfamilyhomestead I like natures path with flax seed but I don’t eat it often lol
@@DanasGardenRetreat I add flax seed sometimes 😁😀
I ate so much oatmeal as a kid. I cant eat it now. My husband has it every morning 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Lol!!! Yes... I use to eat it every morning also.
One ladybug can eat up to 5000 aphids in their lifetime. 🐞 🐞 Ladybugs are natural insecticide 🙂
Ok... Didn't know that. As always... Thank you!!!
@@manifestingourfamilyhomestead My pleasure.
I like oatmeal, yes, but I do put raisins in mine and sometimes sweeten with maple syrup. If I don't have maple syrup, then I use brown sugar. I do have a bag of dehydrated cranberries that I will try next time. I've never tried peanut butter yet. Yes, the leaves make great mulch and the worms love it as well, if they do happen to make their way into your raised beds. Having a pile on the ground with a tarp over it will draw the worms into the pile and when it breaks down you can top dress your garden beds and containers. If the worms come they will leave worm castings. Don't kill the ladybugs because they are a beneficial insect that will eat all the bad aphids.
Ok... Didn't know lady bugs was helpful. I will leave them alone. I'm gonna start a compost bin for the leaves. My yard is small so I will be moving them in a few days. Peanut butter with Oatmeal is so Delicious. Let me know if you happen to try it. Again... Thanks for the helpful input and always commenting! 😀😀😀🙏
@@manifestingourfamilyhomestead I will let you know if I ever try peanut butter and oatmeal for sure, lol. Have a blessed week my friend 🙏💕

Hi Anthony, Nice garden…Thanks for sharing!!! 😊
Hi... Thanks!!! 😀😀
Good morning Anthony and thank you for the kind shout out my friend 💕I'm so glad you found an organic pest control to use. How's the lettuce taste? Peppers are looking great as well. Great that you have all those leaves to gather up to use. Worms especially love leaves that are composting down and will leave their worm castings behind which will also build up your soil health. Have a wonderful day 🙂
@@AlmostaGreenAcre-zs5eu You're Welcome!!! I'm harvesting my lettuce today. I will put the leaves to good use to help the garden. Thanks again. Hope you're having a Great Day!!! 😀😀
How’s it going? You can try covering your plants that don’t need to be pollinated to keep the white moth out. Also ladybugs eat aphids and are good for your garden. I will be releasing some in my garden next year. You can also try planting herbs, garlic and onions all around to try and keep different pests away.Good luck 👍🏽
@@zoshomestead ok... Thanks for the info. 👍
Happy Fall gardening 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Thank you!!! Happy Fall Gardening to you!!! 😀😀🥬🥦🧄
I’m glad I could be of some help! Don’t cut the bare stems yet. Give them some time to grow their leaves back! So happy you purchased done mulch! But, I see now you have that large tree in your yard with plenty of leaves. That’s free mulch and gold for your soil. You can rake the leaves, crush them with a lawn mower and use them as mulch. You can also store them in some bags or a larger container and they will turn to leaf mulch! The best free compost for your garden! Your soil will love it! it takes months to break down, but it’s worth it! 😀
Ok... As always thank you for all the great information you share with me... 😀😀 I will make sure I use the leaves for mulch.
Something is sure liking some of those leaves. You may consider putting some netting around the plants your having issues with and there are lots of organic sprays to may help. Your garden is looking amazing in such a short amount of time, congrats 🙂
Thank you so much!!! I will look into that 😀😀
Please add some mulch to your pots as it acts like a barrier between your plants and the soil where the pests hide. Also use some organic spraying, like insecticidal soap and spray your plants. Go to the Big box store and get some garden safe spray for worms and caterpillars.😀
Ok... I will. Thank you!!!😀😀
Make yourself a cayenne pepper and garlic spray. There are different receipts for this on UA-cam. The cabbage loopers can devour brassicas in a short time. You could also sprinkle your plants with some Diatomaceous Earth. Soft bodied insects don’t like it. You will need to reapply after rain or watering. Check under the leaves for the cabbage worms and pull them. Also don’t forget to mulch your pots and beds and cover with netting. It does help, but you have to name sure you remove all pests first.
Ok... Thank you for all the helpful information. Something has to give, these pest are killing me, (my plants) lol!
You did a great job for this being your first fall garden. Please get some mulch for all your pots and beds. I use leaves and cypress mulch in my garden. The mulch will deter the weeds and help with moisture retention and keeping your soil protected. A 2in layer is good to start with. In regard to the pest, you will need to determine what they are. If small hokes, you can use a spray such as neem oil mixed with Castile Soap or an Organic bug spray. They sell these at the big box store. You can also make your own sprays. If holes are larger it’s most likely snails and slugs. There are treatments for them as well. Some use beer traps and others use slug and snail bait pellets. Big box store or Amazon for purchasing. Hope this helps😀
Ok... Thanks alot!!! I believe it is worms that are destroying my plants. I will look into your suggestion!😀😀
Subscribed! Nice garden! I cover my brassicas with netting to keep the pests off. Check underneath the leaves and pull the green worms off.
@@GodlyGardeningHomestead Thanks!!! I will check the leaves. Those green worms are so destructive. I Subscribed to your channel also.
@@manifestingourfamilyhomestead Yes they definitely are! Thanks for the add!
Your plants are looking really great and you could sure start eating some of that lettuce, lol. It would seem the Neem oil is not working or maybe you diluted it to much, not sure? As for watering your plants, you could pick up a moisture thermometer to stick into the soil to gauge when to water 🙂You should be able to pick one up for under $10 at Walmart or any garden centre.
Thank you!!! I was wondering about the lettuce, thanks for letting me know. I'm going to try some. 😀😀Ok... I will check on the thermometer. Thanks for all your advice and help!!! 😀😀
@@manifestingourfamilyhomestead You can cut off some of the lettuce leaves (don't cut them all off) ongoing and it will continue to reproduce more leaves for you to eat 🙂
@@AlmostaGreenAcre-zs5eu Ok... Thanks!!!
I think we are supposed to see what grows well in our garden and grow that. Grow more of the cabbage that the pests left alone?
Ok... Thanks! Sounds like a good plan.
I've found two things that help me 1 I use soapy water, dawn dish soap, spray the plants to kill the bugs 2 they grow better with close neighbors I agree 💯 we have to support each other! From Isle of Wight County New Sub! 🫂🫂🫂
