I'm actually with the outsole staying the same. Imagine they change it and it sucks. People would be like "why did they change it!?" Definitely change the upper and cushion every once and a while.
Frrrr if it ain’t broke then don’t fix it
Btw there is acully a small difference in it. In the curry 11 the outsoul has more depth to add the extra grip
Curry 11 is amazing. Incredible performing shoe. Only thing that debuffs it is dusty courts. You're better off with standard rubber based soles there

it will only change when curry retired and the curry brand still continue to make him a signature shoes. because I think the reason why they didn't change the technology of the shoes is maybe it will affect his game, Only option the curry brand will do is to create a curry shoes that has the same tech for his use only, then the shoes on the market has the tech that people wants, but it will cost them a lot. that is only my opinion no hate :)
Curry 10 and curry 11 traction pattern is alittle bit different. Curry 10 outsole has pointy nubs and curry 11 is all flat and smooth

I bought the 10 over 11 for comfort but I feel like grip is better in the 11 tbh

Can you find out what shoe he was wearing vs the cavs the other night. the all black ones. didn't look like curry 10's or 11s from the shape and back. looked almost like GT jump 2 and I know contractually he can't play in nikes lmao
played in curry 10's and i was tripping a bit to much than i would with some of my other shoes.
I’ve been playing volleyball in currys since the 9’e came out and I can confirm they are ELITE for VB. The 11s in particular are amazing. The best volleyball shoe I’ve ever tried.
What position do you play? I'm looking for new shoes and looking at these or other UA shoes. I play MB so alot of jumping.
@@bradleyhenry2411 mostly outside hitter, but they’re great in the middle, too! Light, bouncy, stable, responsive. Not the squishiest, but I don’t believe they should be.

@crystalized7206 I ended up with UA Jet 23. Wide fit, good traction and fits my orthotics.
@@bradleyhenry2411I'm a MB who's waiting on a pair of curry 11's. One shoe I absolutely freaking loved was the Dame 8. the cushion is absolutely phenomenal, great for all the jumping. may need ankle braces tho

Love all your videos. As a personal trainer I’ve recently got into barefoot shoes like vivobarefoot and Altras for the width. But want some wide toe box shoes to avoid my toes getting cramped together and out of alignment. Would love it if you could do a does it basketball with some Altra Torins / Escalantes, some Vivobarefoots and then maybe a top ten wide toe box and minimal drop shoes video!
I don't know bro I've played in the Curry 9s and curry 2 flotros and flow traction suuuuucked. Minimal dust obliterates it.

it’s the low and yes it’s the best flotro but the best curry’s are still 10 and 11

Are there any under armor basketball shoes with like really good cushion. My feet hurt after practice it’s like running on bricks
Maybe try a different insole. I like walk hero insoles. I get mine off of Amazon. Other things I’ve tried if you don’t have a lot of shoes is wearing double socks or adding another insole on top of the one already in the shoe. I have narrow feet so this works for me sometimes. If you do want another under armor shoe especially a curry shoe then in my opinion, I thought the curry 7 had the best cushion easily.
Who here cares that much about how Good a tractiob pattern looks ? It's whether they can grip or not.. that's what matters. I get it they don't change the shoes much but the shoe is durable. It's not meant for a buyer to purchase one every year.. i have curry 8s that i still go to when I think I'll be playing in a dusty court. Some parts of the traction are completely gone but it still grips better than 808 3s ultra. I think it's time to cop the 11s

Love the curry line but they are never durable… anyone else feeling this?
yes man same here, especially if you’re a quick guard who run aroung a lot and attack your defender driving into the lane. However I still buy them because they’re the best shoes I’ve ever had. I had all the three previous ones and I feel like the 10s are the most durable and the 9s the most comfortable and lightest. I really enjoyed the 8s since that was my first experience with the flow but the flow sole in the midfoot lost a really big piece in both shoes even though that didn’t really affected the performance.
I try to buy the Currys when I found a really good offer since they last 4/5 months at top. I bought the 8s for 110€, the 9s I actually got a nearly new pair (used only 5 times by a friend of mine who got injured) for 40€ and two new pairs of 10s for 70/80€ each

It moves the load from the ankles to the knees. The load has to go somewhere.

Can confirm this is true. Although the impact is very minimal as most high tops don’t reduce ankle mobility that much. You’ll notice it significantly more if you play in an ankle brace, however.

As far as aesthetic, I’m an extremely picky person on shoes. These are some of the best looking shoes I’ve seen in a long time, personally. But my taste does not align with most

Steph wears lows because he wears ankle braces. His ankle braces won’t fit with mid or high tops.
