  • Hannah leads Dr. Sohan through a beginner mobility flow series that is great for a warm up before going for a run or a workout out. This can also be done each day to work on mobility and flexibility.

    Thanks for creating a sequence for hips and lower back essentials. I just tried it out and it felt good. Love how simple and do-able this sequence is! Thanks Hannah.
