Good job on this cook Jon! I smoke a good bit of pork chops on my Pitboss. I tried them with the salt and pepper, and different rubs. I even made them with your Holy Smokes signature rub. Every time I make these my family and neighbors love them. A quick, easy and definitely cheap smoke.

J@@HolySmokesBBQ Jon, the cheese came out great. I did yellow sharp cheddar, mozzarella and hot pepper cheese. I also threw a couple jalapenos and a couple Compari tomoatoes. I am having the jalapenos and tomaotoes on a bison burger I did last night
