Short # 9: Croissants, Roasted Duck with Potatoes, Chestnuts, and Cherry Sauce

"Cooking for my Son" presents 256-layered croissants, roasted duck with potatoes, lotus, chestnuts, cherry sauce and of course, some details about the Polish king Sobieski, the "Lionheart who saved Europe." The symbolic choice of croissants commemorates the Battle of Vienna (1683), the toughest cavalry charge. Behind Sobieski is the voice of my son, Richard Roland Renault (currently 21 y/o).
