Thank you for giving closure to so many of us High Chaparral fans. I watched as a teenager and was enthralled by the inclusivity of different races and cultures: that theme was new territory in the late 1960s, and it changed my world view. Again, thank you for sharing the lives of the many actors who made this possible. If only more popular media could share this tension and reconciliation could educate us as well. Also, a huge tribute to the decision by the horse wrangler ("Joe" in the series) to pair Mackadoo with Henry Darrow, who was later to be named the "most improved horseman of the year" by Western Magazine, simply because this horse was so tolerant. It was a delight to see Darrow's horsemanship improved when paired with this fine horse. A year ago I adopted a dog that had been abused, traumatized and beaten, then left in a shelter for over a year, who had panic attacks on seeing new people, crates, and bathrooms. I named him Mackadoo, confident that with time and patience he'd be a wonderful, loving and confident dog. After over a year of positive training, he has become so very worthy of his name: my Mackadoo is now a gentle, bomb-proof animal who is a lover, not a fighter or prone to panic attacks. So this wonderful horse, Mackadoo, and his gentle and tolerant presence lives on. He changed my life and the life of this wonderful dog whom so many thought was a lost cause. ❤👍❤
Frank Silvera while at his home repairing his garbage disposal unit in his kitchen was accidentally electrocuted 😔 , he was 55 and was such a great character actor , I admired him greatly, one of my favorites ........ Frank Silvera R.I.P. 🌟 🙏
Personagens e atores maravilhosos de uma série que valorizava a honestidade ,coragem que fundamentam a familia americana e seus ideais de liberdade e amizade para o bem comum
Just barely into the video I noticed you messed up their, you showed a picture of Victoria's brother (Henry Darrow) when you were supposed to be showing John's brother.😊
Yes, Wind ( Rudy Ramos) is still alive and acting. Most recently he played the Native American grandfather to Casey Dutton and his wife, Monica's son, on Yellowstone. He plays the part of Monica's father, and Casey Dutton's father in law.
You talk funny and why is it for you that all of them ' suddenly ' passed away. The appropriate term as in passing away from old age is ' passed away peacefully '
Who was illegal the father was legal the uncle was and the daughter and son to be honest a lot of the people in new mexico Arizona California and Texas where here before the mayflower and by ur brief comment more fluent in English
@dennispope7998 Not before the Mayflower; those were natives (not the same people as in the film). But there was once a country called Texico. Very interesting. Not a lot of people know that. All they can say is "the land was stolen," when it wasn't. It used to be Mexico, but the inhabitants were being taxed to death with no benefits, so together (all inhabitants -- Mexicans, indians, Whites) said, "No more!" They made their own country called Texico (it was won by war with Mexico). It was later that they petitioned to join the US, which was approved by Congress after much debate. Now, the area is Sovereign USA and I, too, want to know who the "illegal" is OP is talking about because I didn't see it in the story either.
1967 we enjoy life watching t.v.

Love this show
May everyone of these high chaparral members rest in peace. They brought good memories to a lot of people. Loved this show.. watched it religiously
A pity big John Cannon didn't make it longer in this world. Phenomenal man and actor.
Don Sébastien was my favorite character. I was sadden upon learning of his passing .
Apparently Linda was a very lovely , charming lady . I’m glad she lived a long life
i love video cast then and now

They Are Gone! | So Sad! | We Will Miss Them!
Manolito,my favorite.
I always chose Henry Darrow as a favourite in High Chaparral.
Mono and buck were the best . My favorite was when they went off on their to be ranchers. That did not last long . Great show
Manolito ! my personal favourite.
The picture on the right of Cameron Mitchell is not him it's Henry Darrow.
And the picture next to Roberto Contreras is Henry Darrow as well.
Makes one wonder how many times Henry Darrow has died.
I'm Henry Darrow and so is my wife! 😂
Una serie muy bella
Blue was my favourite
Buck and Mano were the best of the best.
They were all good!!!
Since Mark Slade is still with us, not "all cast members died tragically."
Nope,..but the cast reunion is gonna be quiet.
They should have developed Barts charater further. I found his performances interesting.
The older picture of Linda Cristal is not the actress from High Chaparral
Huh, I didn't know that. All the ones that died, had died..........suddenly.
Just barely into the video I noticed you messed up their, you showed a picture of Victoria's brother (Henry Darrow) when you were supposed to be showing John's brother.😊
Poorly done. Photos incorrectly labelled, etc.
Love the shower

Mucha información, falsa, errónea y equivocada
De todos modos es un honor que recuerden quizá la mejor serie de todos los tiempos por diversos motivos...
The recent pic of Linda Cristal is NOT her. I knew her personally and her daughter-in-law has also confirmed.
Unfortunately as with several of your videos, you make mistakes with the photos
whos lon gweene
Pretty sure Mark Slade is still alive
why always say SADLY passed away.....
Kinda Cristal starred in Mr majestyk as a watermelon picker with Charles Bronson love Anthony Fed ex lol
Please use another voice over so irritaing.
I watched and loved all the western shows, except for this one. Never liked this one.
Nooo 😔, why? I liked it , especially the love they shared for each other , but I respect your opinion Wonder Granny 👍
Horrible AI narration. So many facts are inaccurate and obviously there was, or very little research done. Pathetic.
The illegal immigrat lived a long time.
Which one?
