Great tribute to a fantastic musician and absolute master of any organ that he sat himself down at. I'm proud and privileged to have been able to count him as a good friend and colleague.
He was undoubtedly a superb organist who 'ploughed his own furrow'. His style, whilst still unique, had much in common with that of Billy Nalle and each was an admirer of the other. Both men sadly 'gone to glory'; Bray first and Billy ten years later. I fancy we'll not hear their like again.
Thanks for uploading this Craig. Without Bryan I probably would have always disliked Theatre Organ. Bryan was an absolute master and I loved his style. Improvising on a Theatre Organ I had never heard. His chords were just the greatest. Fortunately I did get to see him live at Blackpool Shortly before he passed and I will never forget it. So sad that he passed so young. Thank you Bryan. See you on the other side.

Oh I'm so pleased to find this. I haven't heard it since the broadcast. The finest organist Britain produced, in my opinion. RIP Bryan.

Does anyone know who performed the march "King Football". I'm not sure if it's on the conn 651 or Wurlitzer. Cheers for any info.
All modern organists want to play like Bryan with his glorious arrangements and superb technique. Not sure anything else is good enough anymore..
