- The Panasonic Lumix Gh6 has been released. The GH6 is a Codec Monster. The Panasonic GH6 camera is a cinematic wonder. The micro four thirds camera we have been waiting for is finaly here.
In this panasonic gh6 review I will go over the key features of the camera and show you the panasonic gh6 video test and footage. This is the fist look of the lumix gh6. The GH6 records 5.7K ProRes 422 HQ and has a new 25MP Sensor and the gh6 autofocus has been improved

I like how u keep.it real in your answers. I was looking at the Sony a7s3 but don't really know which lenz. I want 1 that I can shoot from about 5 feet away maybe 4 feet away. auto focus is not a must but would be cool. not trippen on price, btw what do u think about that sony a7s3

I have it, it's an awesome camera. I'm interested in any content about using the GH6, settings, anamorphic lenses, etc. How is the low light performance compared with the GH5s? Thanks much.
I really like the grip, I like the flip up and out. The best is ProRes internal, wow and I heard 4k 120 ProRes raw external is coming… wow. The AF is much improved. Great!
I got that for $3000 myself. It came with the Leica 12-60 mm lens in the box, that’s a win. The image quality is awesome. That’s the kind of image quality I want on my videos and that’s what viewers want as well. No one wants to see iPhone quality. They want Netflix grade image quality on UA-cam. I’m using it for all of my videos now. The 5TB external HDD is the bottleneck though with these huge video files. 80GB video files for me with those 40 plus minute videos. I don’t have a choice though since external SSDs are still expensive. I do use the external SSD for exports after the edits. Hopefully there will be a firmware update that will allow for SSD recording soon. No need for an external recorder when I can just plug in the SSD to record videos. Hopefully too, Panasonic makes a battery grip for this thing too. Extended battery life while recording videos, which takes away the need to plug in external power banks.
What are your thoughts a year later and have you tried the dji lidar with the rs3 pro gimbal?

GH6 is a beast. Im still on GH5 next year i will pick it up.
Will I be able to plug both my HDMI monitor in AND the USB (for gimbal control) without the camera's monitor blacking out like on the GH5/GH5S etc. And if so, I wonder if Panasonic can guarantee that they won't remove this feature in later firmware updates, like they did for the GH5/S? Can you verify that the GH6 can output HDMI, use its USB input for gimbal control and also manage to keep it's camera screen on? That would be great! Cheers

Amazing camera! However, perhaps while impatient, I'd already moved to the Lumix S series full frame and Atomos Ninja V external recorder. The fact that one can do ProRes internally will allow many to save on that cost. But with the two already, I don't see a need to move back to MFT.
The Lumix S line is also amazing.
Does the gh6 manual focus assist make it easier than manual focusing the Gh5? Thank you.
The video enragement feature is amazing. It’s really nice to be able to punch in to focus while recording.
hi. i wanna ask you about crane m3 because you didn't do a video about it. i have a sony zve 10 and sigma 16mm i don't don't know if it can handle this combo because neither the weebills or crane m3 list they are compatible with the sigma 16mm . i don't know what gimbal should i go for for less than 400 usd . thanks

On the M3 but because my review unit was broken i had to take it down. A M3 review is comming soon.
The weebill S can definitely handle your camera. But you might beed counter weights.
I can’t se why the M3 shouldn’t be able to handle the ZVE with the sigma 16mm.
@@PeterMakholm will i need counter weights with ronin rsc2 or m3 ? a lot of times i film in a hurry and prefer to spend less time balancing. thanks
Yes, we want to see autofocus and face/eye tracking. There are some reviews that criticize the AF, saying it is unreliable, especially in continous-AF mode.

Compared to the GH5 it is a lot better. but I need more time with the camera to test the auto focus.

S1h Limited recording, 28 mins and 59 secs, The gh5 is unlimited, too much money for a camera thats capped at recording. I dont want all them mov clips to edit.

once I saw the gimbal being used I lost interest. I'd have been happier knowing the opening video was shot entirely on the GH6.
