The only way to be pure is not to date. The devil doesn't tempt you, you tempt yourselves by dating. God speaks by dreams and visions, not by dating. Job 33:14-15. Dating is demon way, not Jesus.
Nothing wrong with going on dates, but 'dating' as in "we're dating" and entering a covenant (exclusivity without marriage) is very worldly and perversion of what God wants us to do. Proof of that is how women get caught up in relationships for years and years without a ring. It's not biblical courtship.
