I paid about $350 for mine. Get one with less or no chrome to save money. Older ones are better in my opinion.
Do you have to have special permit or anything to run a q siren and that horn?
Yes I am issued a permit card by my department for emergency responses.

It is an old Q2b from the Federal Sign and Signal days (pre 1970’s)
where can I get this dashcam?
I got it from Amazon but it’s called the Aukey dro 2 it’s a very low profile one that mounts by the mirror out of the way. You can’t really see it
I don't remember the name of that second siren but it just sounds awful to me. The first one is great. Nice driving.
