your elbow load too much side pressure. You should work sidepressure with low weight high reps first to make your tendon stronger before use sidepressure in a practice. P.S: Sorry for my bad English
Pulling at a high intensity when doing an inside move could for sure lead to pain. It’s “normal” but if it is super intense then that’s problematic. Keep close attention to how hard you are trying when at practice, try not to get ahead of yourself when you are on your elbow joint like that. It could also be the ay you are pulling, if you are going sideways too much try applying more backpressure. Otherwise, avoid excessive side pressure training and try to balance it with top rolling.

But Dave Chaffee also broke his arm but he is an amazing puller with his specialty being his "side pressure".Most probably i am doing something wrong as I am a begainner but thanks for the tips.
