  • The Kioti CK 2610 is only a compact 25 horse power tractor. But that doesn't stop it . It has done everything I have asked it to do pretty much. This is just a few clips of things i put it through but it has done a lot more. I made the video collage to long as it is.

    I like the plate of steel set up as a sled to drag large rocks around. Great idea. I just bough a CK2620SE with Cab primarily to cleanup and landscape a new lot we bought for our retirement home. I'll use the loader to put in the culvert and perhaps some backfilling as well. The backhoe will be used to dig all of the trenches I need as well as prepare the driveway for finishing with the loader. The boxblade will be used to landscape the property and prepare it for tilling and grass. Once the house is built, I'll use get a pull type snow blower to clear the driveway in the winter. Yes, it can do "alot" for sure and my body will thank me. Who knows, might use it to do odd jobs for cash when I retire. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

    Got one with a cab and front snowblower being delivered this week. I live in the city so mine will mostly sit in the garage. Bought it to save my dollars from being debased in the bank, and also to make my neighbors jealous.

    Kioti should reward you. I watched this video and 3 hours later bought one at that big dealer in Tennessee! You've got quite the collection of implements. That ATV trailer is Awesome!

      Just being fortunate enough to own a Kioti is enough of a reward for me. Yes I have a few implements now. That tractor is only a useful as the implements it sports. I use so many different ones too. Why I hadn't got this sooner I will never know. Been a great investment for my everyday tasks around the property. Hope you enjoy your new tractor

    • @kevinsnippe3372
      @kevinsnippe3372 3 роки тому

      Why upgrading your horsepower? The more you get, you burn more fuel than the previous one. It is better to keep it down and do more with 40hp. It all about timing, patience and save money to buy implements.

    • @TheGrasspond
      @TheGrasspond 3 роки тому

      @@kevinsnippe3372 The simple answer is I want to lift heavier stuff. For example, I would like a loader that picks up more than 3,000lbs so I can set logs in my trailer and take them to sawmills. Also move bigger boulders etc. And get a 10,000 lb log winch. But you are correct about the money.

    I looked at the Kabota L2501 and the price was insane..I got the actual quote today..I thought the 23,400 was OTD..Nope it was 27,265..Thats HST, quick attach bucket, r4 tires filled with Tax and fees and insurance payments around 454 a month..A bit much I think for around the house. Think I'm gonna look at this Kioti model and Mahindra and do a price compare I was expecting the Kabota to be closer.

    Mine won't lift the front up using the bucket unless I tilt the bucket all the way forward, and then it struggles... About a year into it the front steering snapped the shaft in two where the piston has machined groves to hold it in place with c clips, warranty didn't cover it, so I welded it back together (been that way for 4 years now). I've also had two of the pistons pull the eye out (weak weld) and one of the clevis's (the rotating part the piston goes in) pulled out of the welds/metal (another bad weld). Am I happy with the tractor? I'd not buy it again... I'd go with a yanmar or LS machine.

    • @ladwiss

      Sure, I just looked on Ebay and found an attachment plate that has the Skid Steer Quick Attach to the tractor. The front of the plate has the 3 point hitch. It is what they call a Skidsteer Quick Attach to 3 Point Adapter Plate. Cost about 200 bucks shipped to my door. One of my snow pusher videos has a close up verbal and video description of it. • @ladwiss
      @ladwiss  7 місяців тому

      Does great. I built a 7 foot snow pusher from a 3 point grader blade attachment and use it on the loader to push and back drag my driveway. I love it and it is an excellant attachment. Floats with no need to use the float on the loader arms itself. Front chains give me traction and steering. No need for rears

    How long have you had it now? What do you dislike about it? Having a tough tone deciding between this or the similar L series Kubota.

    • @ladwiss
      @ladwiss  3 роки тому +1

      Well. Had it 18 months , 260 hours on it. It seems to be bullet proof for what I do with it. I haven't found anything I don't like yet. It is smokey on start up, sounds like an old school diesel as it does not have the regen crap. I got both detent and spring hydraulics rear (not used yet) 3rd function for the front (a must have ). I have 5 acres and it is perfect for my needs. I use it for so many things and it has been 100% dependable. For me I would buy it again over the Kubota because it has more lift capacity.....with counter weight though for safety. low and slow is my way. I did get to borrow my neighbors Kubota L3301 with the back hoe to dig up some rocks and dig holes. Nice too. Oh I like the fuel tank on the back. I did not fueling his on top of the hood . Had to get a ladder lifting 5 gallons that high over the tractor sucks. Just my preference. Cost for the tractor loader was just a bit cheaper too

    • @UKWildcatsNumber1

      @@UKWildcatsNumber1 The Kubota has the rocker pedal I don't like. Kioti has the fwd and rev pedals I like. Kioti has a rubber platform mat . I tried to buy one for my neighbor just to thank him for letting me use it briefly, and found out they don't make one. I love that nice mat and not having metal under my boots grinding dirt in the paint. I went and drove the Kioti before I made the purchase. Maybe test operate both brands before you decide.
