Volvo 240 Turbo Exhaust Project Black Brick

We do a little work on the Black Brick giving it an exhaust and changing the rear diff fluid.
The open downpipe sounded really cool, but we decided it would get annoying pretty quickly. So we build a crappy exhaust to get us through for a while. We also changed the old rear differential fluid.
Now that this project is basically finished, we plan to get it on the road soon and start doing fun stuff.

She's a beaut clark! I retro fitted in a P80 electric fan and shroud because mechanical fans are terrifying. I just have mine on a switch though and always have it running when the motors running

We would really like to do a T5 swap someday. It just wasn't in the cards for this build. Definitely on the bucket list though.

Here in europe most people use Bmw zf transmissions. They can hold power really well, you just have to cut and weld an m90 bellhousing to it.
