Wii Koopa Cape - BCP Reforged

- Well hello here is another track ig, Koopa Cape in the BCP is easily one of the worst looking tracks in the game, so I made a lot of changes to make it look like the base game !
This one should be the safest online so far as it exclusively edits the visual model and no other file. Enjoy !

If you're interested i posted a small video that showcases some updates i made to the track. They're not THAT noticeable, but changes include stuff like water being visible from the bottom, some materials are shinier and i increased the red metal saturation:

I like that the underwater part where the pipe is cut in half, you can see remnants of what the original track was before they cut the pipe in Mario Kart 7

This looks sooooooooooooooooooooo much more better than the official BCP DLC version
Even though it had some Mario Kart Wii styled textures in it, and I don't mind the tan colored cliffs and the how the cliffs were modelled in the official one
3DS Rock Rock Mountain needs a bit of love.

These look absoloutely stunning, i adore it.
I'd love to see you try tackle one of the more "industrial" tracks (idk how else to describe it). Something like Coconut Mall, Waluigi Pinball, Daisy Cruiser or especially one of the tour cities because most of the ones so far have been nature couraes afterall

Now THIS is the Koopa Cape I remembered. Thank you for cutting the cliffs at the river section in half too. The tall cliffs bothered me so much in BCP and Tour.
Thats pretty cool!!! In the BCP the Base Koopa Cape was ok, but this version looks more polish. Really good job!

I’m genuinely floored that your content has so little attention, as this may genuinely be THE best BCP remaster I’ve seen. The visual overhaul is seamless and the broken pipe visual is super sick! Love this!

I’m so happy you cut down the massive cliffs to make them look like they did in the wii!! That was the part of this track that made it feel very different for me (and that no other mod could fix)

Cliff textures seem a little stretched and low quality but that might just be UA-cam compression. Other then that, this is AMAZING. Finally restores what was one of my favourite tracks to it's former beauty.
I like how the glass is shattered in the underwater section gives partly a reason why it’s underwater and a reference to the of version

This is way better than the official rendition. Not only that you adjusted the lighting and made the rocks grey, you also added extra layers of rocks to dilate the texture. Such phenomenal effort put into this track. Nintendo should hire you on the spot! As a request I would like you to do 3DS Rock Rock Mountain.
Ty ! I'm currently working on fixing a few nitpicks i have with the track (water, lighting, caustics...) so i'll do a little update soon, the track will look even better !
And yeah, Rock Rock Mountain is planned, just not for now because this track is gonna be a huge amount of pain lol

It looks so beautiful now, and the return of the darker grayer stone does wonders to the track overall
THIS IS THE PERFECT LOOK FOR THE TRACK! I know some people want the electric underwater things but I think this vversion is fine. The textures are AMAZING and you even set up a Koopa sing! JUST PERFECT

MY FAVORITE MK7 COURSE OMG
This looks like a great start, but could we maybe have the headlights turn on in that cave section right when you go past the big Koopa sign at the beginning of the course? Also, some of the textures are really stretched out and low-resolution on the surface that they're applied to, which isn't really the case for the other two courses this channel has showcased.

Can you do Sky Garden next and give it a night theme?, I think they should have done that to distinct the track from Cloudtop Cruise.
I might at some point, someone else is working on this track as well (wont be wifi safe bc the layout is being changed as well) and it looks fantastic so far, but other tracks will come out before i work on this one

I remember that ZPL Made a version and Someone else was working on a combined version with The original layout and tour elevations but he dropped the project because lack of support

This confirms to me that the reason the reason the track looked off in the BCP was because the rocks were a different color.

Good job, some retro tracks were made horrible
The cave part (if you wanna call it that) is a little too dark and I think the realistic rocks look pretty weird imo. But apart from that it looks amazing
