THE *SENSORY* SCIENCE OF WHY PEOPLE LOVE CHOCOLATE ❤️🍫?!

Today we made the #viral breakable chocolate heart aka Pinata cake and revealed the sensory science of chocolate and why it's so irresistible this time of year (Valentine's day month)! Comment below your favorite flavor of chocolate!

Recipe:
1 Bag of Milk Chocolate*
1 Bag of White Chocolate*
Conversation Hearts*
Melt milk chocolate and pour into geometric heart mold. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, or until hard, and then remove from the mold. Melt white chocolate and pour into Ziploc or piping bag. Pour into letter mold and then refrigerate for 5-10 minutes, or until firm, and then pop out of mold. Make backup letters just in case they break. Using leftover milk chocolate, attach your letters to your heart. Place candies on tray, add chocolate heart over and decorate as you'd like.
Break and enjoy!!
You can use whichever chocolate is your favorite and whatever candies you'd like for your heart. This is just what we did :)
