Pour désengorger l'A47 qui est saturée (90 000 véhicules par jour) et accidentogène compte tenu des virages, la future autoroute A45 devait voir le jour en 2022 mais elle est abandonnée, privilégiant les alternatives ferroviaire (TER) et routières (notamment le covoiturage pour en finir avec les bouchons)
If you saw 1:01, there is a sign "end of the highway" and then at 1:15, after the bridge, there is a sign ''start of the highway'', so the bridge does is not classified in the highway road. In reality, this bridge is numbered "N388" after the 1972 roads reform in France, but no official document and neither the signs indicate the existence of this road "N388".
They've done that so the tractors, mopeds, pesdestrian ... can use the bridge. Because if the bridge was an highway it would be forbiden for them to use it. And this bridge is the only one on 17km of the river (there's another one in those 17km but too small and too old for big agricultural tractors)
