    This was delicious! I've never had anything like it but we enjoyed it! I used Melt vegan buttery sticks, and Frooti brand Kesar Mango puree, cane sugar. I made into cupcakes and baked for less time. I also made a little glaze for the top with more mango and cardamom as well as a little lemon juice. Was so so good. I'm going to try replacing the butter with almond yogurt and see what happens.

    I made Mango cake following your recipe, but made with whole whear so I added 1/3 cup more milk and put some walnuts as well and garnished with crushed almonds. It came out great. Thanks you very much.
    PS. I aused skim milk and extra virgin olive oil.

    Hi sushma! Planning to make one of your cake in pressure cooker. I saw you taking out the ring of the cooker lid in one of your videos for baking a cake. Is it crucial? How does it matter because in other videos they talk about only taking out the whistle? My sister tried your cake recipe.. she was happy with the result. Thanks to you! But she gets a crater in the middle of the cake all the time. Can you tell me why? I would like to share the cake she make with your recipe. How can i do it?

      Hi Geetanjali.. The reason for removing the whistle and ring from the cooker lid is to avoid the building up of pressure just to be on the safer side.       The crack on the centre is actually a good sign it indicates that the cake was well hydrated

      You need eggs in a cake recipe where there is no leavening agents to add moisture.. So that is achieved by adding milk and mango puree
