Hi, you don't need the CV/Gate option as the MEX3 sends MIDI. There are many options for a small case and power supply. We recommend asking in a well-equipped synth shop.
I am in the same boat. I would buy the Melodicer and MEX3 if it came pre-packaged in a wooden case and ready to go. I unfortunately have very limited time to research and put anything together.
Hi, thanks for the clip. I have a question: with the MEX3 extension, if I start/stop ableton live, is the pattern generated with the melodicer restarted to the same position?
If you PAUSE and CONTINUE in Ableton (or any other DAW that sends this MIDI information correctly), meloDICER will also pause and continue from the current position. If you STOP the DAW and restart it, meloDICER will start the sequence from the beginning. Just let us know if that answers your question or if you need more information.
wow
Thanks for the "wow" 😮🙏
@@vermonagear reminds me a little bit of autobahn by kraftwerk 😍
So nice! 😳
Thank you very much. 🙏
Beautiful stuff!
Thanks.
I own the Perfourmer without CV Gate back module. What power unit and wooden case do I need beside the MEX3 and Melodicer? Thanks for the great demo.
