I wish she'd bring the foundation sample cards back. They're not on there anymore. Come to think of it, sample cards of all her products would be nice.
Omg....consumerism culture. Lisa Eldridge is an artist! That's why everything is released slowly. Complex shades that big commercial all-inclusive brands don't have. She does it in small batches. Experimenting with a complex color that is inspired by something special. It's not your average rainbow pallets that one size fits all. Treat it as having a unique piece of makeup that is filled with love and passion and not marketing analysis and research. That's the beauty of it. ENJOY!
That's exactly why I love the brand. I don't mind the slow release cycle, but if the shade that is better for my fair skin is released later I hope you understand why I may feel a bit apprehensive picking up a new product just because it has a different shade at this price point.
I'm surprised you don't find the gloss embrace hydrating.I love the formula.!It hydrates and soften my lips so much.The only negative comment I'd have is that the pigment vanishes so quickly.
They replaced mine (velvet fawn) after a photo when mine broke in the lid after 4 months. Best customer service and the lipsticks are to die for. My fav is kitten mischief. Perfect.
I agree with you on the cool tone light lipsticks that are missing. My skin is blue pink very cool tone and they are very few options for me... well that’s better for my purse 😅
I do agree with you absolutely about the glosses,they aren't very hydrating (I'd say they're not hydrating at all on my dry lips), and there are much better options on the very extense beauty market. And I second your suggestion for Lisa to create more cool toned lipsticks!! Thanks for your video!
Pink Moon is my absolute favourite highlight. I’m onto my second bottle and I never finish a highlight. I have light ageing skin with a cool undertone.
Completely agree with your 3 lipstick shades recommendation to purchase from LE, and just re-confirmed my own experience with the foundation. Although, worth adding that I love her lip gloss, it is hydrating and I truly enjoy wearing them.
Hi, Finnally understand why dancecard and atomic cherry didnt really work for me 😂 however I can only make the foundation work with a damp sponge. Brush or fingers make it look cakey. So interesting how different it works for different persons :) good review!
The Meet me in Berlin is on my wishlist (and out of stock) it's the shade that somehow interests me the most. I looks really unique. The eyeshadow palettes do look cute though. I mean I personally prefer larger ones but from what I've seen they look straight up your alley.
Yes I like three out of the 6 that were launched, but I will tell more about that in my next new makeup releases. Sadly most of what I would like to get is already out of stock as well, but I can be patient. She has restocked everything so far.
Hi Maaike hearing you're shade five gives me hope she would have something light enough for me in the foundations. Her lipstick range is something I fancy trying, but the shades are a bit different from other ranges. I like a muted lip shade ie a pinky nude, a cooler mauve or a rose shade that isn't too dark and I'm a bit confused about what shade would suit me best. I'm so strongly cool toned that neutrals often pull quite warm eg UD backtalk looks quite warm toned on me - fine for Autumn although not quite the shade I hoped it would be. It's not always the easiest to order lip shades online tbh. Best wishes.
You can contact their customers service and they will shade match you for sure. I sent them my shades in other foundations and selfies without make up on and they guided me towards the shade that suits me the most.
Luckily the lipsticks always have a blend of undertones making them go really well with your complexion, at least for me. Also all her lipstick shades are adaptable and can be sheered out, build up and paired with her lip liners for a customized look.
Your video title is basically click bate. How can you call it top 5 /botton 5 when you haven't tried and tested the entire LE line? It would have been better if you focused on lipsticks/glosses or what you have in your collection, given a review and called it that.

I'm sure Maaike would love to this again. Will you fund that video? LE is not cheap and not all products are in stock all the time. New releases tend to sell out fairly quickly and you can't expect someone to purchase products that will not work. So top 5 and bottom 5 of what she owns and definitely no click bait.

I have cinnabar gloss, love the formula, but hate the applicator. It is too round and too big.... and my lips are not small. The application is a mess

That's indeed the case, maybe if you don't have dry skin like I do a sponge might still work, for me it really really doesn't.

Or a cream. But she's not big on bronzing ao I don't think she'll do that any time soon. I suspect concealer or powder may be next.
