The marshals/officials were friends of the organizer and had no clue how League of legends works and the rules were made by the husband and when people complained the husband responded as if he owns the tournaments

About the PH tourna thing, yes the emote was automatic after first blood, but the thing is, THE ORGANIZERS ASKED THE K'SANTE (the one who got first blooded)IF THIER TEAM WAS OK WITH THE EMOTE, which of course they said no cause its basically asking if they want a free win or not, and they wanted the free win.

I understand Razorks feeling. The same at many workplaces with alot of coworkers discussing problems and solutions, most people will just stand there kicking the dirt and say nothing and not lift any of the problems, which really hinders any solutions coming to light.
Sure, the boss can take the reins and just point out that everyone sucks and needs to shape up, but it will not promote as good a response as it would, coming from someone feeling they are part of the group being critiqued.
I often have to speak to the issues and represent others views at my job, but this feels alot more exposed, if there was cameras present I would probably shut the fuck up too, so I believe he has a certain highvalue quality, that should be honed and harnessed.

The one thing that really confuses me when it came to the PH local tournament is that, "No Emotes" was in the rules then why didn't they account for the Auto Emotes in the first place and check all the accounts to have their emotes be empty.

The tournament has a rule "no emotes and no trash talking". Yes rules are rules but the problem is the organizer, they didn't even give a warning or 1st offense for break the rule and the organizers ask the team (ksante team) to continue the game, and they said no, Well on the losing side of course they'll stop continuing the game.
