Compare to CBOLAO, Yamato has definitely tried to improve and we can clear see him giving his own argument here. Instead of pointless flame(like he did to tarzaned in cbolao), here he actually explains why he doesn’t agree. That’s already a step up. Yeah he’s just toxic, but he has 120% improved his attitude.

Edit: The grandma analogy is a bit weird, the point is just because something is facts doesn't mean saying it helps at any moment. Flaming is different from discussing a mistake though. What they did later in the clip to me is productive and you should do it, especially after the game. I hate flamers, because it never seems like they wanna win the game, they just wanna express that they're not at fault for losing.

I think one big reason why these discussions become so heated so fast is because the league community in general is very toxic and people adapt to it by using the toxic formulations themselves. For example when Dante says that his plan was to take krugs and then look for a kill on Jhin, he could have explained this and then ask his teammates afterwards: What did you expect me to do instead and why? Instead he instantly uses formulations like "there is legitimately no reason...".
I remember when a very friendly AoE2 Steamer (Hera) switched to league of legends for some months. After just a few weeks of playing league he also adapted this toxic "my team is trash, i need to 1v9"-communication
this isnt even the drama....this is just one of the million times yamato gets mad at something.

Na fundamentals are easy to learn and they've mostly not changed since this game came out, but you have to actually want to get better.
this tournament is just showing exactly why most of these players failed pro play tryouts, they play tournaments with solo queue mindsets then get mad when they lose to actually coordinated teams

A for fun tournament is impossible to have with a bunch of very competitive dudes and a decent prize pool. To be for fun would would have to have like 3 silver and below players or everyone is fully off role, and not their secondary role. Put them in a place where no one can have an ego or have expectations to win
Jinx otps should be able to transfer to any hyper because she works mechanically so similar (besides camera control)
Zeri, Kog, Xayah, Aphelios, Sivir, and maybe even Ashe.
That's 6 champs you don't need to put effort into to play on, if you are a good jinx.
(A 55% jinx otp is fkn horrible btw, champ is nutty broken if you have the micro. Should be like 60% minimum before claiming jinx otp)

I mean yamato obviously takes it way to far, but it is quite tilting when you have a jungler that doesnt want to learn how to play with the team. Only thing dantes said that can fix it is the communicating, but I'll admit thats not always easy when you have to focus on the game itself too.

dantes instead of walking through mid exerting pressure in the fight and maybe saving his supp/mid some hp, then walking to his own raptors camp to do a camp hit 6 and still be around midlane to deter a play from enemy team, decides to walk to enemy raptors pit looking for a flash play on corki (that is never going to work in a sane person's eyes), murders his tempo then goes enemy krugs and murders tempo even more. so many things wrong with this sequence from him i cant even believe he's challenger

What i dont understand is why is dantes hovering bot with all his top camps up. I watch a lot of proplay but correct me if im wrong, most of the time junglers hover in mid just for pressure and making sure their mid is safe, or help shove the wave. Does dantes think that in order for a jungler to be effective is get kills through ganks? I mean yeah, getting kills is good, but just your mere presence being there would be more than enough no?
Someone will disagree with me but here is the reality only support is required to help mid hold the wave or collect it not the junglers. NA and EU copy from other regions but they dont understand the real reason. Junglers have camps to clear support rotate mid to prepare for objective or help mid prep the wave and the back. Junglers mostly farm around the time when they are about to reach lvl 6. In high elo people loves talking about macro but they dont understand, no one rotates 4 people just for the mid laner to get 6 cs in the middle of the lane which he could do under his tower and lost 1 or 2 mostly 😅😅
@@tamdang8346 I understand, but if you watch any pro play from lck or lpl you can see that there are times where jungler hover mid just to pressure. Its not that the junglers will get the cs, but will only help to laner to relieve the pressure from ganks and bad waves.

Looking back you realise that Dantes only hits Chall or high GM when Hecarim is the most disgustingly broken and overpowered flavour of the month champion, all he did was decide on a full clear route and start yapping about miniscule details about his pathing in game to make hismelf look like a smart player. When Hecarim finally got tuned down and he had to expand his champion pool in late s13 to early s14, ngl he got exposed really hard, man was literally stuck in NA Diamond for months, claiming that he was "theory crafting" and haven't found the best Hecarim build yet. I remember at one point he was literslly building Manamune into Zekes☠️☠️. Dantes is an entertaining streamer dont get me wrong I ain't tryna hate, but he is a very average player compared to players like Baus Nemesis or RatIRL, he's just not good enough and doesn't recognise the fact that he has a mountain of things to improve on

Nobody here is defending Yamato being an assohole perma. Dantes always gets away with it perma cuz he justs keep yapping and isn't as toxic. So people are also putting blame on Dantes for being a bad jungler. Also this is a sweaty af tourney. If your new to these types of things, there will be always be atleast 2-3 people flaming each other in these team environments. Yamato is as an assohole yes, but in these environments your bound to get this type of flaming. Dantes is just not good enough individually or knowledgeable enough about the game to be able handle these situations as a team captain within the team because he is just so perma stubborn and will just be obtuse to anything you say to him.
Look at team nemises, thier unofficial captain miella is soo good at mediating this flame and getting thier team to perform even though druttut, nemises and aribo are constantly at each other's throats.
Basically what I'm trying to say is that what Yamato does happens probably in every 10th amateur lol team. It's still inexcusable behaviour. But in a team environment, responsibility also falls on the captain of the team to navigate through this flame and get your team working together. Unfortunately Dantes doesn't have that to be playing in this level tournament and that's why blame should also be put on him

major mistake of gunning the driver down - dantes horrible pathing to krugs and not hovering mid which resulted in mid dying and losing more tempo
the point is to fix major mistakes aka dantes’ pathing and situational awareness, instead of asking yimit to just play safe and give up his lane

Well to everything I disagree to the whole play, seems ass, you have 0 engage diana without level 6, Shen and milio, dantes team comp looks pretty ass tbh vs their pokeish comp

I really don't see how Diana hovering mid would help in this situation. What Dom explains is correct in the general situation but in this specific one there are only 2 possible plays she could make. Either insta run bot to kill Jhin (prob hard to do he has both sums but maybe possible) or insta recall and go top camps. If she covers mid - they lose the 3v3 because of their hp situation and they can't stay longer because side lanes have prio now as Dom explained. So in the "long" term Akshan will always lose cs. Akshan best play is to insta press base right after they cleared the wave instead of waiting for next wave. In this case both of them with Milio get to recall and salvage some of the tempo and lose just 1 wave and maybe not even a plate because Corki has low mana and hp and he would not stick to push the plate. In competitive game I would instantly base with and run to my top camps because it is the higher percentage play.
Edit: Rewatching it the best would be Akshan Milio Diana recall at 7:18 in game (or right after the aggressive play ends) and Shen stays to catch the wave. Diana goes top camps Milio can open top or bot and Akshan either goes mid and Shen bases or Akshan goes top and Shen catch another wave mid. The last Dom point is really important - yes Diana should have been top side in the first place but this was not what they argued about.
Just wanna throw in that the disgusting ADC is the worst high elo player to ever exist so that doesnt help mental either!
