    Actually any kind of berries are great, variety is the key....also, extra virgin olive oil is excellent.....a great salad I eat often is spinach, arugula, avocado, olives, walnuts, a hard boiled egg, with extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar ( mother ) as the dressing, sometimes I'll throw in some fresh broccoli too.....a super meal and easy to make ! YUM

    How do you think about the dark chocolate percentage of content? Over 80-100 percentage?

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  2 місяці тому +1

      Look for the percentage on the packaging. Dark chocolate labeled 80% to 100% indicates the cocoa content.

    Is the mark, 'K' potassium or Kalium? I learn K is as a Kalium that was when my generations learnt strongly........

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  2 місяці тому

      The symbol "K" on the periodic table represents potassium. The name "Kalium" comes from the Latin word for potassium, which is why the symbol is "K." While "potassium" is the common name used in English, "Kalium" is still used in some languages and is the origin of the chemical symbol. So, you're correct-"K" stands for potassium, derived from "Kalium."
