    To anyone that thinks she should continue appealing due to her age at the time of this horrific MURDER!! Here’s a little recap…Christa was a jealous, evil young woman who OBLITERATED Coleen’s skull and carved a pentagram on her chest!!! She pretended to be her friend and lured her into a secluded spot and tortured her and hit her head so hard with a piece of concrete that Coleen’s skull EXPLODED and Christa carried with her a piece of the skull and had it in her pocket when the police arrested her!! What if Coleen was your daughter? Would you still feel bad for this MONSTER!!!???

      InTress Porter Appeals process. That’s why death penalty cases cost more then life imprisonment. The convicted has the right to appeal their cases. Every aspect of the case. It’s truly sickening how long it goes on. They should just put a bullet in the back of their head after court. Wrongfully convictions are rare in death penalty cases.

    • @ProdigalPorcupine
      @ProdigalPorcupine 4 роки тому +9

      You're Right - Rare is little comfort when someone you care about is wrongly executed. The death penalty should not exist in any civilised country. Rotting in a cell for the rest of your life is a fate much worse than lethal injection anyway, in my opinion. A proper ‘life means life’ sentence just isn’t enough in some people’s opinion, and while I understand where they’re coming from, I’m staunchly anti DP. That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t want to wipe out someone if they killed my daughter, mind! I guess that may make me a hypocrite to some, but we’re all hypocrites at times.

      Completely agree. 100%. People cannot truly comprehend what the victims go through at the hands of human beings without souls and their voices get lost. That’s wrong. And what’s unequal about a life for a life? And I love the whole “I just don’t believe in it” argument. Don’t get me started. And the majority of ppl on death row are right where they belong.

    I was a prison guard there where she was in 1997. I only talked too her once. she was allowed too come out of her cell onto the front porch too smoke and not into the main yard because of her age at that time being 19. could not come into the main yard until the age of 21 at that time. when her time was up from smoking I had too tell her it was time too go back too her cell. she did not want too go back in but finally did after telling her a couple times. all though I saw her a few more times before I left too go back too my old job. that was the only direct contact I had with her. but I can tell you she was not very friendly. and in 2001 she tried and was almost successful in strangeling another inmate with a shoe lace and was tried and convicted of first attempted degree murder. I do not know if she will ever get put too death but out of all the people on death row she deserves it for the crime she committed.

How about the life that Colleen didn't get to live? Missing out on having children and a family. Missing out on seeing her mom and her mom seeing her. Christa deserved the death penalty YESTERDAY. She shouldn't still be here.
