Great video Paul, I feel like these products sadly won’t get the time of day from “hardcore” detailing enthusiasts purely because of the name on the bottle, Halfords doesn’t really stack up against Bilt Hamber in coolness stakes does it however they are very good and reasonably priced. Agree about ready to use citrus/wheel cleaner not being cost effective so unlikely to attract the professionals but for weekend warriors who aren’t brand snobs they’ll definitely have a place on garage shelves
Hello Paul, great to see you back on the channel.the Halfords advanced products did a good job on the car,the reactive wheel cleaner worked very well,i have used this and very impressed how it went red.funny spraying on dry wheels but did a top job.
Afternoon Paul, great to see you back 👍. Honest review of the Halfords products, and they will have a place in some DIY'ers garage shelves. The important thing regardless is that they work and do a good job 👍
Welcome back Paul, hope you enjoyed your hols. Noticed a little bit of rainbowing from the car shampoo there? I've recently been adopting the one bucket method more and more, although still with some shampoo in the bucket, from either the foam cannon or a little bit of shampoo squirted in and foamed up with the PW, rather than just clean water. Also going to try some ONR in the rinse bucket, that should drag dirt down, so it says. Great work on cleaning up the truck, looking forward to seeing the rest of it 👍
15:46 Great video Paul.... I love the wheel mats but had a heart attack at the price on their website ...... I can understand people only doing their own car buyimg ready mixed products as the costs not quite so important to them, or me, washing the car once a week or 2-3 a month but it be even nicer if they came in a bit bigger than just 500mls I bought my snow foam lance from Car Care Uk and it is giving me a lovely coating using Auto Bright Snow Foam with my Karcher HD 4/8 pressure washer but im still needing to use a litre to cover a Skoda Superb Hatchback but it was the same with my Citroen C5 and Xantias ... I could just about get away with 500ml on my Octavia Hatchback that was with the Karcher K2
Great video as always, great to see you back innuendos included oh er mrs 😂 nice honest review of high street diy products, I’ll probably try some next time I need restocking although probably give the citrus a miss not really cost effective, surprised to see you cleaning wearing a light coloured top, if that was me it’d be ruined by the first wheel 😂
@@PaulDoldenDetails 😂 mine says you’re not wearing that while washing my van, I recently ruined a pair of walking trousers that I was wearing doing a quick re black of trim I had missed, it didn’t go down well!
Glorious! Lovely to see you back at it, although I'm gutted to hear all the strife you've had with the computer! And with the massive drop in UA-cam revenue it almost doesn't feel worth it!
Currently using Dura-Coating tire cleaner and their tire coating, also their wheel cleaner Wheely clean which removes all from them, extremely easy to use
In this video I test out some of Halfords Advanced car cleaning range.

Hi Paul,
I have been watching a few of your videos recently. I am currently looking for a decent detailer in Essex for a quote on my SUV. Cheers 👍

Very true that 😂

But you can, it turns out, call everyone darling.
