FYI.. you can change out the bun on the Chick-fil-A grilled chicken sandwich to a regular bun no butter and it saves you 2 points I believe.
Another good option at Chick-fil-A is the wrap, with no dressing is 4 points! It is really good. You could use your own dressing.
It's so funny watching this because I'm disabled and can't cook but I tell other people about your meal ideas and they cook some for me I have cerebral palsy and use a wheelchair full-time but thank you for giving me something to watch anyway even though I can't cook I just love your Channel in general

I never comment and I have to say these kinds of videos are SO HELPFUL! I’m sure it’s insane eating out that much but when you’re traveling or stuck out and can’t eat at home it’s so helpful to have go-tos in your back pocket! I don’t eat fast food very often either and that means I don’t have any go tos! We were at Disneyland last week and I just ate like trash the whole week and felt awful. I wish I had seen this before!

Haley, please do another fast food video in more detail. This was so quick I only caught half of the information. A good idea would be do one fast food restaurant in one video and go through all the options. I’m definitely going to watch this several times and write it down. Love you and how you navigate your busy life while still on track.

I think I heard that the fruit is one point bc of the mandarin oranges (they were in syrup). I don’t think they put a lot in there tho. I’d probably count it as zero too. I usually get the grilled chicken Cobb, but I need to try the kale salad with grilled nuggets. I hope it fills me up like the cobb. 😊love these & your “what I eat in a day”!

You should try the egg white grill from Chick-fil-A. I don’t do WW so idk how the points are but it’s delicious

I just looked it up to confirm and it’s now 14 point with the dressing. It used to be 10 from what I remember! I’m shocked at how many it is

I love Taco Bell chicken power bowl too. Yum! When I was still on WW, that was one of my go-to's. I like the pintos with cheese too.

Would Starbucks' egg bites (they have egg whites and red peppers) be low in points? I'm not familiar with WW points.
I love the Taco Bell steak power bowl! You can also get it with no rice and extra lettuce to cut down on carbs!

Good ideas but unfortunately not so good in the UK. Where I live we have a macdonalds about 10 miles away but not really any other fast food restaurants (we have chip shops but they are definitely not calorie friendly or what I eat!). I had a look and Chick fil a is not in the uk . There was a Taco Bell about 30 miles away ( so 60 mile round trip) & Wendy’s 45 miles away ( 90 Mike round trip) so too far away to just get food! 😂 I do wish we had more food options easily available. The Kale salad sounds delicious! Xx

Oh, goodness-we are twins! HA! Those are my exact choices! I usually don't do breakfast out as well, but that's a good McDonald's option! The only drawback about Chick-Fil-A is the cost-the grilled nugget/fruit is high-over $10. I just discovered those power bowls from Taco Bell! They are delish! I also get mine minus guac. Love these videos. Please share if you find other ideas!

Chic fil A adds canned mandarin oranges that are in syrup to the fruit cup, which is where the 1 point comes in at.

Hey Friend, Happy Sunday. I always enjoy watching these types of videos and seeing what you’re eating in each one. ❤ I always enjoy eating any meal out but I try not to eat out often. My favorite thing at McDonald’s for breakfast is definitely a chicken McGriddle. ❤ I don’t normally eat out three meals a day either because it does eat super expensive. 😮

I feel WW is way to hard here in Canada. We don’t have all those low point foods and restaurants. I gave up because of this.

You eat a lot of zero point foods. Zero points foods still have lots of calories. Have you thought about double tracking? You might be eating too much and in some cases sometimes not eating enough which causes stalled weight loss.
Yep! WW doesn’t count calories. It’s not based off science like calorie counting, which is why it won’t work for a lot of people. She says it’s what works best for her but she doesn’t count everything like her coffee. These options are good if you are in a pinch but she talked about saving $ when grocery shopping but spends $5.00 on 2 eggs and a hash brown at McDonald’s 🤷♀️
