Greetings all. I need to apologise as i realised i made an error on the spec's section of the video. The RP Mini has a Adreno 650 GPU and 8Gb of Ram Not a Mali G57 MC2 and 6Gb of Ram like the Specs screen🙈 Sorry about that wasn't concentrating when i put that together😅
I was seriously thinking of getting the Mini but honestly I quite love my Cube and for the differences in performance can’t justify double dipping for the Mini I also got a RGXX Cube since the comfort level is superb and for a cheaper on the go experience I kind of love that formfactor
How are the buttons and sticks on the cube? Are they rattley like the other XX Anbernic products? The main reason I am considering the Mini is that I have the 353V and besides being too small for my hands, it rattles when you move it around/press buttons. The halloween sale might sway me towards Anbernic but I can't decide.
Yip that is quite a difference but retroid has promised and Android 13 version. Personally i don't think bezels would bug me too much, so the aspect ratio isn't too much of an issue for me, but i have not had hands on with these as yet so my opinion might change when i actually get the chance. Thanks for watching
Hi there, it really depends on what your circumstances are. If you have enough to get the RP mini i would say get it as it has some noteworthy advantages over the cube. If your a bit strapped for cash the RG cube will serve you well aswell as it can play most of what the RP Mini can play. Just note due to its screen size you will probably have back bars at the top and bottom of the screen if you want to play 4:3 content such as any old Nintendo SNES or Sega games. Hope this helps if you have any more questions feel free to ask.
I realise the screen aspect ratio's are different but they are both some of the most powerfull portable handhelds available at the moment. Personally i just found it interesting to compare them to each other. Thanks for watching

The RP Mini does only have 6 GB of RAM, so you were right about that before the retraction. (The related RP5 has 8 GB)

Im going for a retroid pocket pro 4 instead
Not a bad choice given it's abilities and the fact that it has had a good price drop. Thanks for watching.
Watching to see the 1:1 vs 4:3 battle!
But android 10 vs 13 is the difference right now 🤷🏾♂️🎮
