I've always wondered can you keep a stock battery up front and just unhook the ground and run from the lithium in the back? Have you had any issues doing that?
Hey I'm newer to lithium and just ordered a 29AH SCIB bank to put in the trunk to run everything but I want to keep a battery up front for emergency purposes after the last lithium battery from jag35 took a dump on me with the high output alternator exactly what are you doing here with the ground unhooked but still connected to the lithium what exactly does this do will it still charge the battery up front?? Or how does it work

Hey Jerry, why don't you put a 14-volt battery under the hood, 14 volts charge at 16 volts as well. as u said use a emergency battery.
