I know a power lifter guy who's been working out for 10 years now, and although he's pretty strong, doesn't look super muscular at all. Bodybuilding is all about looking muscular and not about how much weight you can lift. Some people cant achieve that muscular look naturally, some easily can.

    Tren messed me up. I was doing 700 Test Suspension with 400 Tren Acetate (and I'm a very large guy...at the time about 6' 6" 285). About a month into this cycle, I was sitting at my desk feeling awful and sweating like crazy even though the AC was cranked. My secretary walked in and told me I was literally gray. I tried to stand up to look into a mirror and could barely stand. She took me to the ER. My first BP reading was 210/150. 2 hours later after 2 IV's, it was still 190 /130. When I got out of the hospital the next day, I threw all that Tren in the trash. Never, ever again would I touch that stuff.

    Everyone becomes "health"/"longevity" focused once they've built enough muscle to accomplish what they want to do. For Bumstead he's at the weight cap, he's already won several times, he has the money and the fame. But people who haven't accomplished their goals yet and haven't built the muscle yet are going to push the gear very hard to get to where they want to be, in most cases.

    • @trn1446
      @trn1446 11 місяців тому +1

      I think it's better to be pacient. Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying that you should stay natural or you shouldn't push the gear if you are already using it. I'm saying that you should wait a lot of time before pushing the gear further. You need to actually get to the limit before you jump on more roids, or else you would actually risk using more than it's necessary to achieve a certain physique.

      Still you should take it slow if youre up and coming. Lower doses and more meticulous work... you'll still get where you want to be if you're genetically able to; and have a longer career and be healthier by the end of it

    • @TheInfectous
      @TheInfectous 5 місяців тому

      people become health focused because at some point most people encounter something that forces them to do some personal development/work, for most people, this happens before they ever achieve whatever arbitrary goals they think they want.
      to shortcut the answer for you:
      no-one is ever where they want to be. you have the mindset you cultivate, meaning if you constantly say "ill be happy in the future" you will never find happiness because it will always be in the future after you achieve some new arbitrary goal. The way to achieve happiness is by appreciating where you are, doing things you enjoy and spending time with people that matter to you. from there it's only a matter of time before the realization that random things like fame, money, achievements don't actually matter to you because they don't make you happy, can't make you happy and furthermore never made you happy in the first place. from there what's left is where most hobbies and activities begin from, enjoying the process and if you enjoy the process then peds aren't going to hold any sway for you because all they can do is make you feel worse.
      goals give you pleasure but not happiness or fulfilment.

      No just don't use insane abusive doses man. 150-200 a week is fine, I did 200 a week for 16 weeks with 500 test and 600 masteron in a mass push and had none of these issues you guys mention, and I gained almost 20lbs in those 4 months.

      @@EYOUTz1993 not worth it, I wouldn’t get tren cough after injection, I would get it during my sleep. Felt like my airways were releasing hard to gasp for air. But it would be over after 2 minutes. Several times woke up thinking it was my last time breathing. No lie shit was werid man. But then again I neglected cardio a lot during that cycle.

      Baseline sex hormone profile, blood panel, liver enzymes, lipids, kidney function (glomerular filtration rate) and regular blood pressure checks. And you are supposed to check those again at certain points throughout the cycle, maybe someone else could elaborate on that.

    I have only used one performance enhancing compound in my life and I am not sure what it was. It was one of those pro hormone options that were available at GNC in the past. Although it was effective, I stopped taking it after one week because I noticed a hair patch on my back that was about the size of a half-dollar. I never used it again or anything else.

    Most toxic shot was black tar H, with dirty water. It gave me "cotton fever", which is bacteria in the water, not "cotton chunks" in the rig. That makes you feel like you are dying. Intense shivering, muscles locking up. severe chills, unable to breathe controlled breaths. The absolute scariest and worst experience, beside the old OD of course, but at least you got super high. Have not tried to spike any anabolics yet, don't feel the need to, unless it was a legit doctor prescribing it. I've done the chinese H, that was enough.

      I got that reaction the first and only time I shot smack. I kept doing it for years, but only shot it the one time and wound up in the hospital. Felt like I was both overdosing and in severe withdrawal at the same time and figured maybe it was from dirty water in the rig. Got an IV at the hospital and watched over for 24 hours and they put me on methadone but I snuck into the bathroom to do more dope (obviously).
      Been off the stuff for 3 years. Never did steroids but was prescribed TRT because obv test was fried from a decade of opiates. These stories of Tren and stuff are wild. I was such a hypochondriac on dope I couldn't imagine some of the shit these guys go through... their health markers are WAY worse than mine was doing heroin/fentanyl, but obviously I was dodging overdose 20x a day...

    I have a question. I started micro needling about 4 months ago . I’ve notice hair regrowth around my hairline . But I can’t tell if it’s helping overall growth on my scalp which has been over all thinning over the last few years . Any advice ? Micro needling about once a week with minoxidil daily and finasteride 1mg daily I use Nizoral about twice a week

      I took finasteride for a year and it only halted my hair loss. I switched to 0.5 Dutasteride and saw a significant improvement in regrowth and overall density. No side effects noted with the switch. You’re on the right track with the rest of your protocol. Good luck.

    You always talk about ‘imaging’ but most doctors with standard insurance won’t order those exams unless there’s a medical indication for it. In the US imaging unusually requires a diagnosis code. In other words there needs to be a good reason. They’ll also hear about it from wherever they send their patients for imaging. They’ll complain if they notice tests being ordered that are simply screenings. Not saying it’s right but just know it depends on more than just wanting it.
