É impossível manter a forma experimentando tantas delícias😋😋
Congratulations Travealbum, you are getting to know the North a little better. You have already passed through many cities in the Northeast that are little publicized outside the country, the North is less publicized also because several newer cities with less than 300 years less foundation than in other regions, in this region, many people generally consider only the forest, but you can see that there are many interesting things in the city of the Amazon region, in this region almost 20 million people live, in addition to the greatest biodiversity in the world and I say that one day you will see much more in other cities in the Amazon.
Disney will release a film that is about 100 years ago in the Amazon rainforest, the trailer looks like an interesting adventure / fantasy that will show some interesting things that you are getting to know there, a little bit of history as well. I saw a scene that shows the rubber storage location that was very important for the economy and growth of Amazonian cities. (For a long time the Amazon had a monopoly and supply all the rubber used worldwide, even an Englishman for biopiracy to take and plant the rubber tree in tropical colonies in Southeast Asia), There is also the style of buildings and architecture close to the ones you saw around. In the film he also talks about some "magic" potion tree in the region, remember the market potions in Belém ?? :D
The film "Jungle cruise" also features the actor "The Rock_ Dwayne Johnson".
There is a icecrem shop like that in Maceió-Alagoas called Bali. There have many others fruits.... i liked to know there is one in Belém with others flavours!!!!
Q&A - How did you imagine the Amazon was like before visiting Belém? Are you going to visit Manaus too? I don't know this region. I know it now through you.
I like your guide. He seems to have knowledge and lots of enthusiasm.
He was amazing!! So fun and knowledgeable
Beiju é a tapioca original!
CAIRU!, Best ice cream shop eveeeeerr!! Love! ❤️❤️ and Amazônia food, the best in the world, of course, 🤩🤩🤩🤩🥰
Cairu the best is world
Here in southern Brazil the food is very different from the Amazon. I worked for a while in Belém and ate food that I had never seen in my life before. Delicious.
You guys need to try tacacá in Belém.
Video coming soon 🙏🏻
Thanks for uploading these awesome videos. I was born in Belem and raised in the U.S. since age 5, after we left Belem in the late 70's. I miss visiting my native home town. Have you guys gone to Soure/Marajo Island when you where there? In Marajo Island, buffalo are solely used by local law enforcement/park rangers. From Belem city, it's about a 2 hour boat ride using the fast catamarans. Marajo Island is a municipality of Belem, just stunning fluvial scenery and is the largest bio/eco system out of the various Island archipelagos of Belem do Para. My wife and I, are looking to go back soon on vacation, for a few weeks. Awesome! Blessings and Peace!
Vi de longe a maniçoba! Melhor comida do mundooo
Hhmmm..that beiju with cheese and cupuaçu jelly looks sooooo good!
I'm gonna miss your videos in Brazil!! I live in Salvador - Bahia and now we can't go outside to the restaurants, parties, touristic places... Watching your videos I learned more about my country and how to appreciate too. I really hope that when covid get better I can go to different places in Brazil like you.
Also, the guide seems really nice, congrats to him
Açaí and Tapioca ice cream is the perfect combination for you guys!
My Brazil 🧡
Essa comida deve ser uma delícia 😋
É sim, eu adoro a comida de Belém!
Biju is really delicious by itself. Great meal!!!
And that chocolate with good quality coffee.. wow
I’m really looking forward to watching the next video while you’re in Belém do Pará, it’s been amazing, the best so far.
Good video food looks Delicious

Para cuisine is exotic for us too. we dont see this flavors everywhere
Have you guys ever tried the scents from Para ? Look for some amazon perfumes , the essences are so concentrated and unique smell , no other place on earth you can get it .

It must be strange for them to eat rice and beans here so often, because this mixture in their country is not common. But they are certainly having an overdose of açai.
guys the audio is so bad, really needs a mic for noise places
Você é surdo? Deu pra ouvir tudo perfeitamente.

Eu não estou gostando dessa parte do Pará , não. E Amazonas?
Only rich there eating or travlers fr us
They only getting covering good parts there sad people starving there

Belém capital d gastronomia do Brasil.
More delicious food. BTW, your Belém tour guide seems to have been a great asset and a cool guide to have taken you to some great places. Love the dock restaurants. Love the cupuaçu. It comes from a pod just like cacao.
Vocês amaram Salvador e Belém além do eixo Rio e São Paulo hehehe.
Gracias 😜😘👏👏🙏🏻
Haha almost all of these foods I’ve never seen
thank you couple for showing amazing places, breathtaking landscapes of this beautiful country and blessed by God. 😍🙏
Eu adoro.
Ninguém quer saber
The exotic food sounds pretty good
Cheese, ice-cream .... Heaven!! You're getting better at describing flavours and textures in food/deserts! Well done!
Stay safe!
Good job my brother salam from indonesia👍👍💘🌹💚❤💝😊
My mom is from Belém, she’s loving the series there!
01:43 i really loved the cozy vibe of the restaurant, perfect to talk reminiscing the whole night 😊😊
Maniçoba. It's made with the manioc leaf, but that's poison because there is an hydrocyanic acid in these leafs. It must be cooking during 7 days to expel the hydrocyanic acid. I love this meal.
Sim 🥰
If you want a whole year of work, you can travel all over Brazil, and for sure you will have many different places to show, Brazil is like several countries in one.
I'm really glad you're liking your journey here in Belém. As a belenense (person that was born in belem) I am amazed by the way you treat everything with respect and love.
Really great experiences and information. A big dream would be to live on a street where, next to them, there are stores with food, snacks, sweets, ice cream and juices from Brazil, mainly from the North and Northeast of Brazil ...
A big dream would be to sell brazilian food in a foreign country. Those who made it are rich now.
it’s nice to see foreigners enjoying our food, we have such a rich cuisine that should be more appreciated
I am happy that you have enjoyed your trip through Belém ... Whenever you want, just arrive ... 😆 We will be with open arms to welcome you ... 😀
👍😃
The restaurants in the docks look amazing, and the cheese looks very good. Did you get to Belem by boat ride on the Amazon River?
Airplane, actually
Ok cool. I heard a boat ride goes from Manaus to Belem, but that must be several days long because they are far from each other.
@@joebhouse Yeah, that boat ride takes about 5 days. If I were you I would take a plane :D
Amazon river is not in Belém, you can see it in Manaus or Macapá.
nonetheless u can see huge Amazon rivers all over Belém, very especial too
Plane sounds like the way to go, thanks :)

manissoba contains the same ingredients as feijoada with the exception of one ingredient, beans. in feijoada we have to put beans, but in manissoba it is different, we put an herb called 'maniva' (hence the name manissoba) that is cooked for 7 days. the rest of the ingredients are the same as a feijoada.
I'm so happy to see you guys here in Pará! We are very proud of our food, it's very traditional and unique. Unfortunatelly many places are closed because of this lockdown period, but I hope you can enjoy as much as possible. You both are very welcome! ❤
I got hungry just by watching
That’s what we try to do ✊🏻

The Good thing is that Brazil 🇧🇷 has Modern Cities in the Middle of the Jungle as Belem , Greeting from Peru 🇵🇪
Peru people are the best
The northern cities do not have as much publicity as the oldest and coastal ones, there are several modern cities spread across the Amazon, many people even in their own country only look at less than half of the country and the coast.
Yes it is amazing and unexpected
@@drsants3211 Belém was founded in 1616 , it's among the oldest cities in Brazil.
@@ericksousa911 Belém-PA has almost 70 years after the oldest ones close to the coast, Manaus-AM has almost 100 years later, Macapá-AP more than 200 years later, Rio Branco-AC, Boa vista-RR, Porto Velho-RO more than 320 years later, Palmas-TO more than 430 years later. Citing the capitals of the North, there is not only Belém in the north. If I also put the Midwest region of Goiânia-GO more than 380 years after the oldest, Cuiabá-MT more than 160 years later, Campo Grande-MS more than 340 years later. The newest capital of Brazil Brasília-DF that is in the Midwest has a foundation of more than 410 years after the oldest ones, as Brasília-DF is federal capital and the main politicians are there it also gains publicity and accumulates resources from other regions . In addition to the time, the proximity to the coast gives more advantages, economic possibilities, of export and tourism for the cities.
Duck, yum! It looks all so good . Glad you are adventurous & trying different foods. I'm not a picky eater & love most foods so it always is great to see you enjoying yours.
Brazil an peru are most beautiful but they are having hard times I luv that can see where my freind is an fr
It amazes me how you can walk around Belem during the day or night - outdoors! I could not do anything without air conditioning up there... It´s not only hot, but the humidity is very high - jungle-like humidity - for me, the air is thicker and hard to breath... It´s great you guys are enjoying the area... You would have loved visiting Manaus and the things you can do there... I like Manaus´ region better - over there it is a true Amazon experience, although the açaí thingy is in the state of Para, so you are in the right place for açaí information. Manaus is more of that Amazon forest feel --- lots and lots of floating gas stations, houses, restaurants, the two rivers meet - Amazon river and Solimoes river - producing a bizarre effect on the water, then you have hotels that are built in the middle of the jungle and offer survival training ( a friend of mine and her son went there and said they had the time of their life!) and many boat trips to Indian reservations and riverside communities. In that region. Transportation by boat is very common - they can spend 3 or 4 days traveling from one city to another in a big boat - just like a bus. In the city of Santarem in the state of Pará they have a beach called Alter do Chao that has the biggest and most beautiful non-ocean beach... The transportation by the river is the way to go up there because it rains too much and the regular roads cannot survive the weather with heavy trucks passing on them etc. A trip from Santarem to Manaus takes about 42 hours, the boats have cabins with air conditioning, but you need to take your own hammock... It looks like an amazing experience - check some pics at www.viajenaviagem.com/2012/10/santarem-manaus-de-barco/ .... The region needs governmental investment in better infrastructure for transportation by the rivers - promises have been made for decades, so far nothing much, but the day a major project gets started, that region will have a lot more economic opportunities for its people.
I don’t find the weather that unbearable during the night or cloudy days.

Maniçoba = sopa de dinheiro
Tradução do UA-cam
Falta provar a pupunha
Maniçoba has to be made by experienced cooks, as it is poisonous and can kill if done the wrong way. This dish needs to be cooked for 7 days to remove all the poison from it.
Aí a estranheza.
