everyday i only use light cream and face cleanser at night and day, but i havent been sleeping well, i tried to stop that and drink water and sleep early and my skin looked clearer/better! sleeping early is VERY important not only for skin but for SO much more.

Yes! Sleep helps so much. Part of the reason my face clears up in the summer is because I’m not waking up at 6 every morning.

    • @blueapple5274
      @blueapple5274 Місяць тому

Thats the problem, Sleeping is really hard for me and I wont be able to sleep unless I am fully comfortable but no matter how I sleep in my bed, I wont be able to sleep for a lot of time, sometimes hours! The only time I can get proper amount of sleep is when I am really tired since it just makes me sleep naturally. It would be 2 am and I wont be able to sleep especially today, I tried my best to sleep but couldnt and then woke up early in the morning.

    Summary of the video:
    Double-cleansing (Oil-based Cleanser and Water-based cleanser)
    - Recommendations: CORSX (oil cleanser), Cetaphil (water-based cleanser)
    Toner and Eccense
    - Recommendations: CORSX (for both)
    Serum and Face Masks
    - Look for serums with hyaluronic acid. Any face mask is fine, but you might want to get one that targets your skin concerns
    Sunscreen and Moisturizer
    - Use any sunscreen with at least 30 SPF or higher.
    Other mentioned tips:
    - Rinse with warm water first to open your pores, and then wash off the cleanser with cold water to tighten your skin
    - Apply sunscreen everyday
    - Gently exfoliate 2-3x a week (I would recommend once or twice, don’t do it too often)
    - Let your skin breathe and don’t apply every product at once; sometimes less is more

@softylilac Like DIY skincare products? Well, personally, I don’t recommend that unless you’re a chemist because some of the ingredients in products must be precise, otherwise it’ll do more harm then good. I think you should just buy your skincare products, because that’s safer :) But I understand if you don’t want to spend excessive amounts of money on products

not true for everyone, prescriptions dont always work and everyones skin is different, trial and error is the best way to figure out what works for your skin, and unfortunately that requires some money if you have lots of skin issues you intend to fix

My whole life I keep changing cleansers. I change cleansers every few months! All of them are too drying for me, broke me out, or just plain harsh. Until last year a dermatologist recommended me Cetaphil. I have never looked back since, my skin is free from acne, it's not drying after wash, it's gentle yet cares for your skin. I bought one for my 12 year old daughter too. Apart from that, I incorporate the use or serums & essences. I will never use any other cleansers except for Cetaphil 😊

And no such cosmetic or product can erase that. So sometimes you must just live with that, accept yoursef, love youtself anf just live a happy life!!!❤🎉

      1. Technical I was on diet. I avoided jungfood, oily food, sugary items & drinks and unhealthy foods.
      2. Make sweat ( do exercise or dancing or walking/running etc.
      3. Drink warm lemon water in the morning!!
      4. Skin care🌷!! [ If you want that I recommend you skin care products then let me know😊]

      ~ toner (any hydrating toner)
~ serum ( only if you are 15+) vitamin c & niacinamide serum
      ~ moisturiser

Bonus🌸- use rice water, every morning and night on your face!! It helps in remove dark spots, make skin healthy and give a glow on your skin!!
