Hey everyone, the floorpan we show at the start is actually slightly different due to a slight change in the build (mainly on the top floor). Also, this is our first video with are new camera so let us know what you think. We are still leaning the best filming settings! 🎥
Hi Matt & Summer. Another great house tour as always. Great improvement on audio as you both sound much clearer which meant I didn't have to turn my volume up to then have my ears blasted with adverts. Weird thing is though when listening through headphones, Matt was coming through the left headphone and Summer was coming through the right headphone. Didn't notice much difference with picture quality but there was nothing wrong with the quality of your previous videos in my opinion. Great video and can't wait to see more. 😃 👍
Hi congrats on another great property tour! Camera work was great, but I noticed a few audio issues. Voices only seemed to be playing out of my left headphone speaker yet the back ground music was playing out of both sides. Also the occasional noises of interference. Apart from that, very enjoyable!
Hey Matt & Summer glad to see your new video today been wondering what happen to you guys.. New equipment, no wonder Summer's voice sounds different, video quality is better. Anyway great property and thanks for sharing the map locations for your international viewers..
Omg your channel is growing so fast! I remember when people in the comments were complain that you don’t show enough or your videos are too short but now you guys are on 127k!
in the U.K. most people still prefer to hang laundry outside to dry, weather permitting. Having the laundry close to the garden therefore makes more sense. Tumble dryers are generally seen as something used mainly when the weather doesn't allow for outside drying.
You guys are growing fast! I still remember watching your vids when you were on 20k. Keep up the good work guys, love this kind of content (especially the Manchester ones)❤️
8:06 I prefer Laundry room on first floor because it just very handy as you don’t have to take your clothes all the way downstairs and through the kitchen 🙂
That's the problem with islands that aren't use as dining tables. Unless you have a massive kitchen then have an island but it really is a waste of floor space. Storage should be on walls not in the middle of a room 🤪my opinion don't come for me anyone.
I agree! Dining spaces are soo important and that massive island where there isn't a formal dining room would really not work for us. It's such a shame that properties these day go for an open plan kitchen with a dining and living space and often times leave out family chill rooms/snugs and formal dining rooms.
I used to work for CAS in the 90s which used to occupy the building. The issue for this development is the fact it is over developed, there are two many houses on the plot, did you see the mews house that is squashed into the corner at the far left of the development The location on the corner of Palatine and Barlow moor Road is not the greatest as its really busy, however in mitigation it is close to Didsbury and West Didsbury villages. What I will say is value wise its pretty good if you are happy with the compromises that I have talked about.
Seems finished well but fairly basic spec. Biggest issue is the small reception room and dining space considering overall square footage - space seems poorly utilised. Seemed to be a lot of weird angles and corners which can never be remedied.
Not just me then. I have to say that based on the size I'm disappointed. I can't imagine dropping over a million quid on a house and that being my only dining space

Hey guys, amazing video. Careful when recording in stereo - I literally have no sound on my right for most of the video - just little bits of the music and some of the Summer's intervention. All of Matt's speech is coming to my left channel.
My dream house. Love how spacious rooms, big bay windows and modern and light. It’s done exceptionally. The developers done this house very well. Laundry room belongs downstairs within the kitchen area. I would change the colour of the doors to white. 🌸💜✨
I love this house! However, I would have the washer and dryer downstairs because you would hear them more if they were upstairs and you were trying to sleep. Great video! 👍🏼
That's one of the issues. Once you have seen that video of the gigantic 500mil property (you can't really call it a house) in Bel Air, almost everything else looks tame and tiny in comparison.
My auntie lived in Didsbury from the early 60’s for nearly 30 years. Her 1930’s semi was a beautiful house that was demolished along most of the street in the late 90’s for high intensity development. I’m not a fan of gated communities
Lighting in the dark room shows well on the camera but upstairs with the sun out the camera was having difficulty and was showing high brightness levels.
This is beautiful so nicely done 🤩🤩🤩not a fan of the glass on staircase as you would have to clean it every day 🙉🙉 you always do great job Matt & Summer 👍👍🥰🥰
I don't remember seen on your video if there's a hidden storage or so at the entrance, but the lavatory is to tight and there's a space between the wall and the stairs, so it could be a small, but enough increase of lavatory's space, allowing bigger sink where anyone would be dripping water from their hands. But overall is a very beautiful property, and nice presentation!
Love the kitchen, white, bright and handless. Shelves perfect for cooking books. 🥰Laundry room definitely downstairs, I know it would be good workout but I would prefer it for easy access and every day life. Xx

Very informative, 1) my humble suggestion is opened all drawers or wardrobes etc as many as possible, and 2) can turn the film playing speed of 1.2x as generic
Laundry room on the top floor is common in north American homes. The kitchen is also another commonplace for it. An integrated washer/dryer is a European thing completely. You can get it here but it is very rarely deployed in new developments. Not having a formal dining room is not a common trend here in Canada but it makes sense if you have a breakfast bar. The Hob (Stove) is a remarkably interesting feature. Not having a basement is also something that is less common here in Canada and the states.
I absolutely love this house, it was an amazing tour! I'm born and raised in Manchester and love this channel & also laundry room on the top floor is a brilliant idea! or the middle floor, it makes sense having it on the same floor as the bedrooms 😆😆
I generally like the house, but the ground floor was a bit too small...but that's new builds for you. Also, having the laundry room upstairs is a good idea. Your channel is great, keep up the good work.
I'm all about ground floor laundry rooms, as well as basement ones (if the stairs are easy to navigate). My problem with having laundry on the upper stories lies in transportation of machinery. I like large to very large washer and dryers, which would be a major pain, even dangerous, to try and bring up flights of stairs.
Love the camera and mics. Now the property, love and dislike (not really hate, just has some things I would change). If I’m paying that much money, I would want two sinks in the master, built in wardrobes AND while you two are thinking like a young couple w/o children, I’m thinking like a mom and those glass balustrades would be a nightmare to keep clean. Not for me. Is the garage tandem? I would also like a double garage....other than that, I really like the property. You two do a fantastic job with your videos. Thanx for all the hard work you put in to your video’s
thanks for the amazing (always) house tour. I can definitely see you have a better camera but might need adjustment, been there myself, over exposure in some parts. Just wondering if you guys are actually shooting log format and apply LUT afterwards in your video editing software.
Having the laundry upstairs is great if you use the dryer all the time but if you want to dry your washing outside it would be a nuisance. Have seen a few houses with laundry chutes, where you just drop your washing down to the laundry..
The living space is disproportionate to the bedroom space in my opinion. If you're buying a 5 bedroom house you'd want at least two living rooms in addition to the kitchen. The kitchen layout is neat but I prefer gas hobs. Also would want a large or two ovens. I think they should have put a balcony on the master bedroom rather than the other two on that floor. The baths all look lovely but they are so uncomfortable to relax and soak in so wouldn't be my choice. It also needs a double garage. It's right on the corner of a very busy crossroads so traffic noise would definitely be a problem especially in the garden which backs onto the main road which is a primary route into the city centre. The other houses and apartments in the gated development are in very close proximity. I wouldn't pay £1m for it, you're paying to say you live in Didsbury unfortunately.
Tragic to see bog-standard radiators in a house with that price tag. At least they could have chosen some with a more modern design, if underfloor heating was too much to expect.
We have missed you guys so glad your back and hope your both well? Another amazing house tour I love this both exteriorly and interiorly and your in my favourite city.
How about a house tour in the Cheltenham area, lots of nice houses around
Tragic to see bog-standard radiators in a house with that price tag. At least they could have chosen some with a more modern design, if underfloor heating was too much to expect.
Is it by a main road? I preferred the upstairs to downstairs, you'd want more living space downstairs for that amount of money!!
Yes
Great video .
Wont be long , till you reach 200K 👍👍🥳🥳🥳🥂
Wow the price for that in that location!!! Next to what looks like a busy road on a junction.

My big brother was a Man United fan back in the 60s and 70s. I have some old football programs from the 60s that were his. He died in 1982 at 29 years old.
It's crazy how over the top some of the houses are in the US compared to the UK!
