Hi Matt & Summer. Another great house tour as always. Great improvement on audio as you both sound much clearer which meant I didn't have to turn my volume up to then have my ears blasted with adverts. Weird thing is though when listening through headphones, Matt was coming through the left headphone and Summer was coming through the right headphone. Didn't notice much difference with picture quality but there was nothing wrong with the quality of your previous videos in my opinion. Great video and can't wait to see more. 😃 👍
Hi congrats on another great property tour! Camera work was great, but I noticed a few audio issues. Voices only seemed to be playing out of my left headphone speaker yet the back ground music was playing out of both sides. Also the occasional noises of interference. Apart from that, very enjoyable!
Hey Matt & Summer glad to see your new video today been wondering what happen to you guys.. New equipment, no wonder Summer's voice sounds different, video quality is better. Anyway great property and thanks for sharing the map locations for your international viewers..
Hello I’d like to buy a poorly laid out, grey, overpriced property on a corner plot. Can I have a small garden too please and I need a single garage that’s too small for my Land Rover Evoque 😂 take your million and buy a piece of land and build a far superior property without a neighbour 6ft away.
@@fingerboardworldwide not bitter at all, this guy is speaking pure facts! This house is lovely... if in a different location & designed correctly! Its layout is awful! You pay 1 mil for a garden thats being over looked & next to a busy road 🤔
Omg your channel is growing so fast! I remember when people in the comments were complain that you don’t show enough or your videos are too short but now you guys are on 127k!
That's the problem with islands that aren't use as dining tables. Unless you have a massive kitchen then have an island but it really is a waste of floor space. Storage should be on walls not in the middle of a room 🤪my opinion don't come for me anyone.
I agree! Dining spaces are soo important and that massive island where there isn't a formal dining room would really not work for us. It's such a shame that properties these day go for an open plan kitchen with a dining and living space and often times leave out family chill rooms/snugs and formal dining rooms.
Seems finished well but fairly basic spec. Biggest issue is the small reception room and dining space considering overall square footage - space seems poorly utilised. Seemed to be a lot of weird angles and corners which can never be remedied.
Not just me then. I have to say that based on the size I'm disappointed. I can't imagine dropping over a million quid on a house and that being my only dining space
in the U.K. most people still prefer to hang laundry outside to dry, weather permitting. Having the laundry close to the garden therefore makes more sense. Tumble dryers are generally seen as something used mainly when the weather doesn't allow for outside drying.
I was just thinking the same thing...the audio sounds funny....I was thinking it’s me! I guess it’s just that the pitch is higher than normal and slightly muffled. Still a lovely video!! 🥰

Fridge and freezer are too small. I’m not really feeling the color scheme either in the kitchen and dislike carpets in general to be honest. Definitely like the washer/dryer upstairs idea. Outside patio could do with being at least another 1 meter wider. You asked for feedback so I thought I would share
That's one of the issues. Once you have seen that video of the gigantic 500mil property (you can't really call it a house) in Bel Air, almost everything else looks tame and tiny in comparison.
this is just constructive criticism, nothing against, I actually love your videos and watch everyone, but in my opinion the mics were better before. Also u spelt Learning leaning :)
For a 5 bed family home the kitchen is really poorly equipped, 1 tiny single oven, a microwave & a skinny fridge freezer. And a boiling water tap needs to be additional to the kitchen sink. Seen better kitchens in 400k new builds.
Love the camera and mics. Now the property, love and dislike (not really hate, just has some things I would change). If I’m paying that much money, I would want two sinks in the master, built in wardrobes AND while you two are thinking like a young couple w/o children, I’m thinking like a mom and those glass balustrades would be a nightmare to keep clean. Not for me. Is the garage tandem? I would also like a double garage....other than that, I really like the property. You two do a fantastic job with your videos. Thanx for all the hard work you put in to your video’s
I live very near to this house. It hasn't sold which is very unusual for Didsbury which is a highly desirable area The problem with it is it is right next to a bus stop , a loud pedestrian crossing and a busy crossroads. It's on a crowded new build mini estate which has squeezed in too many houses into too little space
I'm from the US and I enjoy your video's . TBH the property in the UK surprises me sometimes. Let's take this property for example when I convert it to USD in my head (About $1,450,000.00 ) I would expect so much more like the wardrobes being finished (or is there an allowance built in to the price to outfit them) The Kitchens are stunning but most are all electric is gas not as available there as it is here? The quality of the new builds is fantastic and most are designed and would function well but they are on the smaller size. I guess I'm comparing apples to oranges. Were a little spoiled where I live, I looked in my area and could not find any homes in West Virginia on the market for anywhere near this price. I did find a few in the $500,000.00 range and they were all more like hugh estates with hundreds of acers of land. I find it amazing that a couple as young as you are smart enough to invest in property IMO it's the very best investment you could make. Except for in Hawaii they are not making much new land. And people will always need a place to live. Do you rent or resale the property you buy? Keep up the great work and always be kind to each other.
You are correct. The houses in the US are typically so much larger than the UK. They're all brick built so that could be a factor. When I showed a US colleague a picture of our house when we bought it she said 'oh what a cute little house' but actually it's a big house in comparison with others over here. LoL
I used to work for CAS in the 90s which used to occupy the building. The issue for this development is the fact it is over developed, there are two many houses on the plot, did you see the mews house that is squashed into the corner at the far left of the development The location on the corner of Palatine and Barlow moor Road is not the greatest as its really busy, however in mitigation it is close to Didsbury and West Didsbury villages. What I will say is value wise its pretty good if you are happy with the compromises that I have talked about.
I love all your content but I don’t know why you have music running in the background ? To me it just distracts from what you saying, it may just be me getting old unfortunately loads of UA-camrs put load inappropriate music on there Volga I think it’s to distract from the poor filming, yours are not like that in anyway but it maybe something you could review..
My auntie lived in Didsbury from the early 60’s for nearly 30 years. Her 1930’s semi was a beautiful house that was demolished along most of the street in the late 90’s for high intensity development. I’m not a fan of gated communities
❤️❤️the bedrooms especially the two with en-suites.. I like the washer dryer upstairs but I would have them downstairs also. I’m not a fan of the kitchen and the tiny area for dining
The living space is disproportionate to the bedroom space in my opinion. If you're buying a 5 bedroom house you'd want at least two living rooms in addition to the kitchen. The kitchen layout is neat but I prefer gas hobs. Also would want a large or two ovens. I think they should have put a balcony on the master bedroom rather than the other two on that floor. The baths all look lovely but they are so uncomfortable to relax and soak in so wouldn't be my choice. It also needs a double garage. It's right on the corner of a very busy crossroads so traffic noise would definitely be a problem especially in the garden which backs onto the main road which is a primary route into the city centre. The other houses and apartments in the gated development are in very close proximity. I wouldn't pay £1m for it, you're paying to say you live in Didsbury unfortunately.
Tragic to see bog-standard radiators in a house with that price tag. At least they could have chosen some with a more modern design, if underfloor heating was too much to expect.
Lighting in the dark room shows well on the camera but upstairs with the sun out the camera was having difficulty and was showing high brightness levels.
I realized it after a few seconds you guys use a new mic and camera hahaha.. like the qualitiy of this one 👍 keep the good work guys.. been watching ur videos since your subscriber around 10k I guess
Its a nice house I guess but £1 MILLION?????? You'll have to forgive me but feels overpriced, but I dont know the area so maybe justified just not for me if i was spending that much money
No formal dinning room? I'd expect that for a million+ .. Washing and dryer upstairs is a winner, why take everything downstairs to only bring it back up.. Just a filming note your ISO needs adjusting as a lot of this video was blown out due to the amount of light coming in. Loving the channel though.. Keep shinning...
Disappointing. Another failed attempt at "Victorian" style, but the windows are completely out of proportion meaning it's ugly from the outside and will be gloomy inside in the darker months. The kitchen design with the sink and drainer taking up the entire space between the two upright units leaves no proper preparation space or room for appliances like coffee makers, mixers etc other than the island, which will look a complete mess with when the everyday essential items are permanently on display.
Hey guys, amazing video. Careful when recording in stereo - I literally have no sound on my right for most of the video - just little bits of the music and some of the Summer's intervention. All of Matt's speech is coming to my left channel.

Heya Great presentation as always, oh my that living room is like someone was on happy pills so many weird curves, the kitchen dining table serves 2 people to be honest and that glass will be fun to keep tiny fingers marks away each day
Really like this house tour. Could move straight in. Definitely prefer the laundry rooms close to the bedrooms too, as it makes more sense than lugging laundry around the house! Look forward to hopefully seeing some properties in Liverpool eventually? The city has loads to offer, from standard cheap Victorian & Edwardian terraces to expensive apartments in the city centre and on the docks, plus mansions in areas like Formby.
As a former Housebuilder creating substantial detached "In house Design" dwellings, this house is very poor value for money, one Garage for over a £Million!!!??? That glass "ballustrading" at the foot of the stairs is so Dangerous!! Insipid Design with No Soul!!! Not even elaborate plaster coving in the lounge or main bedroom!!!
Really don't like the kitchen, but it's obviously completely subjective. I just don't like the high gloss white minimalist look when it comes to kitchens, like it's off a space ship or something, just looks totally sterile and uninviting. As warm as a hug from Dominic Raab. And induction hobs in my experience are just not as good to cook on as gas, gas is just so instantly controllable. By the time I've finished pressing buttons and figuring out which ring I'm on with these induction hobs, everything is burnt and I've had a sense of humour failure. Plus a Lacanche or Wolf range just looks the business, that F1 induction thing looks like something that fell off the bottom of Lewis Hamilton's car. A dream kitchen to me would be the home kitchen Gordon Ramsay had in his London house as shown in his videos from 4 or 5 years back, or Nigella Lawson's home kitchen from her show. These blindingly white non cook bling palaces are for Love Islanders with OCD.
I'm partial to Arsenal, but they suck! This house is very nice, but it cost more than the house I currently live and I have more square feet. I always prefer the laundry on the ground lever, but a laundry shute on the second is always nice. Anyway, I'm not so bullish on Bitcoin right now. I'm skeptical on how high it will go because the big buyers that would invest in Bitcoin have already invested for the year. So be careful! I see some better asymmetric risk rewards in some other crypto, and trades in general. I want you and Sum Sum to watch "Hopr & Hathor Two cryptos, one target: a permanent solution for privacy and efficient payments" on UA-cam. There ama was Monday morning and my current business is a general partner of Hathor, I'll be acquiring my Bitcoin and crypto through them later this year.
Can I get my cloak from the cloakroom, sorry, Summer's just on the shitter at the moment!....Ahhh but I just want my coat haha. How can a meaning such as 'cloakroom' be so polar opposite? Look, as an Aussie, and please feel free to take the piss, but just what are these architects thinking when they design such impractical spaces, and then bump the price up because 'Victorian design' in the name lol. I do love the finishes, but most of the new homes you've visited lately I just see no practicality about them
Once again a well over priced house for the 1% Matt and summer should be more critical on their reviews Surly not every property is fabulous. There’s no privacy at the back , the back garden contained. Over a million ??? Only a person with a potato head full of cash would buy this rip off property that has gone up like dominos. Keep it real guys.
What an appalling kitchen arrangement!!! Why did you not explore the ergonomics of cooking!!?? Walking around about just to create a simple cooked meal!

great property tour as always, but is it me or does the pitch of his voice sound different?
We tested new mics
Now we’ve gotta work out what he actually sounds like 😂
A lot of houses with this style have been popping up around Manchester, I really like the style. It’s very smart and aesthetic IMO
Left ear loved this one 🙏❤️ Regardless, great video once again
FINALLY THE BATHROOM'S ARE TILED PROPERLY!!!! BUT PLEASE SOMEONE STOP THOSE SHOWER TRAYS!!! JUST TILE THE SHOWER FLOOR GOD DAMN
I just congratulated you guys on nearly reaching 100k subs the other day and now you're on 127k subs!
Now they’re on 160k+
Surely this house is overpriced?
Houses in Manchester are generally overpriced, Didsbury especially so.
Didsbury is expensive.
Another enjoyable Video Tour. I particularly like 👍 the Interior design
Can you please do Bramhall
Idk but I found the floor plan a bit confusing compared to the house
Laundry on the ground floor
Atleast get the fridge and the freezer the right way round🤦🏻♂️
Really like this house tour. Could move straight in. Definitely prefer the laundry rooms close to the bedrooms too, as it makes more sense than lugging laundry around the house! Look forward to hopefully seeing some properties in Liverpool eventually? The city has loads to offer, from standard cheap Victorian & Edwardian terraces to expensive apartments in the city centre and on the docks, plus mansions in areas like Formby.
Today morning it was still 126K good content!
A million and you have to start fitting your own wardrobes.
127k subscribers congratulations xx❤️
Thanks for sharing loved the tour. The mic makes your voices so much different I don't like that sorry. See you in the next one take care
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the feedback ✌🏼
New equipment makes the Video quality enjoyed this one
lovely house... like the laundry upstairs... but instead of the shelves in the kitchen for ornaments they should of put in a WIDER fridge and freezer.
I do love the finishes, but most of the new homes you've visited lately I just see no practicality about them
Once again a well over priced house for the 1%
Matt and summer should be more critical on their reviews Surly not every property is fabulous. There’s no privacy at the back , the back garden contained. Over a million ???
Only a person with a potato head full of cash would buy this rip off property that has gone up like dominos.
Keep it real guys.
Finally!!! I've been waiting for your new video!!!! 😍😍😍
What an appalling kitchen arrangement!!! Why did you not explore the ergonomics of cooking!!?? Walking around about just to create a simple cooked meal!
That garage is a joke
