I have a new door opener, and one working remote and 2 remotes that is not programmed yet. The installer was not able to program a second remote, so I looked on your website for manuals. Last updated in 2006, and nothing resembling the model that I have. My system do not respond to any button presses. A user manual or even installer manual will improve the customer perception of your product.
@@geraldkirsten2367 Yes the video helped a little bit. I eventually opened the unit, ensure all connections are good, and tried again. A user manual will show how it normally works, which makes it easier to know if a button like UP or DOWN should normally do something.

Adding is not a problem.. but How does one erase on this model dc Blue. When I press my button to open the garage door it give me 5 beeps with letter {b} who can i fix that
