Hi nick, great video thanks. After I program my remote it reflects 3, do you perhaps know what that means?
Thank you for the comment Cameron, it means the board did not receive the transmition from a transmitter.
Is it an older remote or new?
I keep getting a 3 when trying to program the remote. It is a new centsys remote. Is it compatable?
@@Tbaz777 thank you for the comment, unfortunately not, you would need to get a 1ch Nova receiver to make that remote work

Are the Centurion Nova remotes compatible?
Thank you for the comment, unfortunately not, but you can purchase a Nova single channel receiver and wire it to the motor

How can I reset the remote now?

Change frequency, press and hold remote button for 25 seconds

Mine shows a number 3. Whats the error for that? How do I master reset this to factory settings?
Thank you for the comment Alvio, number 3 means you have taken too long or no transmition received
But now it opens, when I press the programmed button but then once its opened it shows B and doesnt close when I press the same programmed button.
it is saying the beams is active, you have to set small "b" to number 0 and also you have to make sure if there is a menu capital "A", that you set that to number 0 as well, its not the program menu
Mine shows a 3 and I am pressing it quick enough so why would it not be receiving a transmission? And how do I fix that?
@@shagamstevens4541 thank you for the comment, either your remote is on the wrong frequency or not compatible, the new Nice remotes does not always work on all the motors, try hold the button down for 25seconds until the light pulses slowly then let go and try again
What is 3 means in the setting?
Thank you for the comment, 3 means the receiver has not received any signal and stops looking for a remote
Hi Nick. Tried a few times different angles and even different remotes but also keeps showing 3
Which remotes are you trying? How old is the motor? Your best bet then is a standalone receiver
I currently have 3 of the exact same make. Bought an additional one and keep getting the 3. Other remotes work fine
