More Performance Footage To Follow
Well, well, well I finally get to listen, like a hearing my own personal concert on this Fourth of July evening 2024 of songwriter, musician
Chris Caffery, performing
Edge Of Thorns 👏👏👏
Kudos 🤘🎤🎸🎶🐉🏰❤️🔥
Love me some Cafery, he's got 💯%Savatage blood in him!!! 😎🎸
Chris Caffery rules.
man that rocked! it was a freakin sweet version of edge of thorns, you gotta come to CT more often!
Ok you guys gotta realize, this song was a from band he was in quite a few years ago, not everyone plays every song religiously, the drummers been playing like a girl through the whole venue we realize that chris said that he was tired and he looks tired, he plays with TSO for months then has a small break, then gets right up and does it again, he has a ton of solo cd's and has amazing vocals in all of them yet still gives back to his fans.... Give the guy a break lol
if the drummer actually played the way he should have, and the bassist had a non generic tone, especially for the bass break, this would a been killer. great work by Caffery, as usual.
nice!
He's playing a Gibson Ace Farhley signature guitar... There's a Dean Cadillac behind him though..
Seems like an Edge of Thorns version at a laid back veal dinner. Not bad, just rather subdued in its delivery.
I'm sure he's reading that. Expect him to get back to you soon.
i just wonder if all 3 pickups are wired or if he is pulling a FREHLEY on us ;-)
Nah, Ace Frehley has the Cadillac... Similar to a Les Paul but a much bigger/more pointed lower horn.
Looks to me like a Dean Soltero.
I can't really say Damond was...
He only did a tour with them. No recorded work with them.
But Chris I'm sure did much better, when he wasn't trying to sing and play guitar at the time, and had a full band playing with him.
He'd never even attempt to be a Criss Oliva clone, he and I both know that's not possible for anyone... He tries to play with the same feel of Criss though, it's a spiritual thing more or less.
Fooled me. At first I saw the bald guy & thought Chris shaved his head. :-p
All good, but you can really tell that he makes little use of his pinky finger. It just doesnt sound right
Where's Crisssssssssssss???hell stop playing!!!
Maybe the drummer is new to this...
?
Most likely couldn't use regular sticks cause it would've been too loud
Chris, you know to play the guitar..but leave the singing to to singers plox...
wtf drummer...
chris used to be a good guitarrist. but he's bending out of tune all the time and losing rhytm..wtf happened?
Needs more alcohol I guess
Yeah. Drummer is pretty shit. He needs to BEAT THE HELL out of the drums. But Caffery is awesome. He's much closer to Oliva's style of singing than Stevens'.
Yeah, awfully soft, he might as well be playing pillows instead of drums.
the drum work is awful in this video
