While I didn't use this video to fall asleep, I DID use this to ease my anxieties while doing some college assignments relating to the culinary industry. For some reason, doing assignments directly related to my profession makes me a lot more nervous and it adds a lot more pressure. A video like this always relaxes me and helps out a bit. Thanks!

I'd say chills are different, but tickles sounds like tingles to me. You very well may have! I believe all people can get ASMR, it's just a matter of finding the right triggers. Thank you for watching, and I hope you'll get more soon!

Wow, this is really great. How much would you charge to come do this in person one night? I'm serious. And I want you to train my partner how to do this. If you don't offer these services, you should. In the meantime, thank you for this! So relaxing.
Could you consider raising the volume that you record at? People can adjust their headphones from full volume down to mute and anywhere in between. But I have my headphone amp AND my PC volume control on max, and I have to strain real hard to hear what you're saying, and I find that very stressful rather than relaxing. :-( Disappointed, because I've loved the other relaxation videos you've done.
