Heavies does next to nothing on official. 1 Stego run when you´re not looking and your base would basically be toast. I think the it was just bugged for you as I have seen other people shoot canonballs from a quetz, though i think you need to have it standing on the ground. But it could just be a not work completly I know the cannon is extremely bugged right now
