One of the most recent patches fixes the low water areas, such as the water this rathole is in, and also the water under the floating island on center. Used to be basilosaurs in those waters would keep taking damage such that you could never cryo them after they are thrown out. That is now fixed, so you can use basilos in those areas again, it's good for attacker and defender, though, so beware.
